Law and Order October 30

Day Shift October 29 : B Squad

25-011393- 3300 BLK Gleason Drive- Disorder – Officers responded for a disorder prevention involving a man and woman; however, the woman went to the residence on her own instead of waiting for police. Both parties admitted that she has not lived at the residence in over a year. The woman demanded entry to retrieve belongings, but the male resident stated the matter was already being handled in court and only wanted her to leave. The subject was advised about the court process, warned for misuse of 911, and left the area without further incident.

25-011394 – 100 BLK Ridgeside Road – Suspicious Person – The caller reported she was awakened by a female was knocking on her front door. On scene, the caller advised it was a delivery driver with an edible arrangement sent to her by a friend.

25-011395/25-1117- 3100 BLK Mason Drive- Domestic Assault – Police responded to this location for an assault complaint. A man was taken into custody after victim and witnesses stated he sprayed an unknown substance into the victim’s eyes and attempted to resist temporary detainment by police. A copy of the conditions of release was provided to the victim. Charges are Simple Domestic Assault and Resisting Arrest.

25-011399-400 BLK Camp Jordon Parkway-Suspicious Person – Police responded to the area of Camp Jordon Parkway on a report of a possibly intoxicated male who had urinated in the trash can of the business and then left the scene. Police were able to conduct a traffic stop on the male on I-75 Southbound. He showed no signs of intoxication and was sent on his way. Police advised the business to call back if the male party returns so that he could be trespassed.

Night Shift October 29: D Squad

25-011404 – 1300 BLK Spring Creek Road – Assault – Officers responded to the above address for a reported assault. The victim reported that a known man threw a diaper at him twice, striking him both times. A witness corroborated the victim’s report. The suspect refused to sign a misdemeanor citation for assault, so he was placed in custody. At the police department, he stated he would sign a misdemeanor citation. The subject signed a misdemeanor citation, was returned to his residence, and released from custody. He was also issued a criminal trespass warning not to return to church.

25-011410- 6000 Ringgold Road- Traffic Stop/ Arrest – Police conducted a traffic stop on a red F-150. During a consent search of the passenger, it was discovered that he had Fentanyl and drug paraphernalia. The party was arrested for Possession of Fentanyl and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.

25-011411 – 800 BLK Summit Avenue– Miscellaneous Report – Officers responded to the above address for a report of an unconscious person. Officers performed CPR until fire and EMS personnel arrived and took over treatment. The victim was transported by EMS. Later in the shift, officers were informed that the victim was deceased. On-call CID was notified.

25-011412 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – Police observed a white Nissan Altima parked at a vacuum cleaner located at the car wash in the 6700 block of Ringgold Road. The driver consented to a search of her car, and police discovered a locked medicine bag with methadone medication and over $800 cash in her purse. A field interview was conducted.
