Feb. 23 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

Feb. 21 Day Shift

 5700 Roper Street (domestic disorder):

Police responded to complaints of a physical altercation near the O building of New Castle Apartments. Police located a female party hiding in a bathtub in one of the apartments. The male party was located, questioned and released. The female party stated both had put hands on each other after the male had been caught with another woman. (22-002441)

1700 block Keeble Street (assist EMS):

A homeless woman stumbled into Sonny’s Market and complained of stomach pain and needing help. She told police she had voices in her head and intense stomach pain. She admitted she had done meth yesterday and was still experiencing the effects from it. EMS transported her to an area hospital. (22-002435)

4100 block East Way Terrace (suspicious object):

An elderly resident found a paper plate in his yard with obscene writings and drawings on it several days ago. It appears to be trash blown in from another yard. The object was thrown away. (22-002448)

1043 Hibbler Circle (squatters):

The property owner called police from out of town stating he will come to his address later today and would like police to standby if squatters are present. (22-002450)

Night Shift

3306 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 22-002453):

Jillian Phillips was taken into custody for public intoxication after she was located in a state of undress on the floor of the laundromat.

5301 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 22-002482):

Porsha McCroskey was taken into custody for possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. She was a passenger in a vehicle parked in a spot reserved for disabled customers. A consent search of the vehicle yielded the narcotic found in her possession.

1022 Greenslake Rd (Theft in Progress/Arrest):

Police responded to a report of a 15-foot trailer being stolen at this address. A Ford F 350 matching the description of the suspect vehicle and a trailer were observed immediately after the theft by officers in the 800 block of Germantown. A traffic stop was conducted and the trailer was confirmed to be the stolen property. Brody Murr was taken into custody for driving while revoked and theft over $1000. He was subsequently charged with aggravated assault when it was learned he struck the victim of the theft with his vehicle. Murr was also found to have outstanding warrants through Hamilton County.

504 Dunlap Ave (Attempted Burglary 22-002458):

The resident reported someone threw a cinderblock through a front window of his residence and cut a wire to an LED light. No suspect information, however, his neighbor has cameras and stated he would check them.

4200 Ringgold Rd ( Warrant Service 22-002474):

Michael Collier was taken to Silverdale Detention Center on a Hamilton County warrant for reckless driving following a traffic stop for a light law violation. 

1043 Hibbler Circle (Trespassing 22-002461):

The property owner requested police to assist in vacating all squatters from his residence. Police encountered Dakota Bradshaw, Caitlin Dalich and Shannon Adams and issued them criminal trespass warnings.

1043 Hibbler Circle (Narcotics Violation/Warrant Service 22-002462):

During the trespassing investigation the two females were charged with narcotics violations. Shannon Adams was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. Caitlin Dalich was arrested for possession of crack cocaine. Dalich also had a warrant out of Hamilton County.
