June 3 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” provided by the East Ridge Police Department.

June 1 Day Shift

3613 Missionaire Ave (vehicle burglary):

The reporting party stated her wallet and 9mm S&W “Lady Smith” handgun were taken from her 2018 gray Jeep Cherokee overnight after the vehicle was left unsecured. Police recovered some of the reporting party’s belongings including a checkbook as they appeared to have been discarded by the suspect along roadway leading to Close Road. (21-007692).

323 Camp Jordan Pkwy (suspicious vehicle):

A concerned citizen called to report a dark gray Dodge Challenge was driving on the walking track and multiple grassy areas. Police checked the area however the vehicle was gone on arrival (GOA). (21-007704)

1473 Mack Smith Rd (suspicious persons):

A caller reported two homeless parties on the side of this building with multiple belongings stacked up beside it. Police spoke with the female party who advised she recently left the Budgetel and was awaiting a ride. (21-007706)

924 Spring Creek Road (suspicious person):

Employees at Physicians Surgery Center called to report a male party with a backpack came out of the woods and started yelling at them. Police searched the area; the person was GOA. 21-007688

6642 Ringgold Road (arrest):

Lauren Wooten was taken into custody for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia. 21-007694-c

6642 Ringgold Road (arrest):

Stephen White was taken into custody for possession of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft over $2,500 (possession of a stolen motorcycle). 21-007694-a

6642 Ringgold Road (misdemeanor citation):

Haley Houston was issued a misdemeanor citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.. She shows to have a non-extraditable warrant out of Catoosa County. 21-007694-b

1464 Mack Smith Road (misdemeanor citation):

Tkeyah Lewis was issued a misdemeanor citation for driving on revoked. She was also detained on Hamilton County Warrants. HCSO responded and took custody of Ms. Lewis. 21-007709

6725 Ringgold Rd (warrant service):

Timothy Ricks was arrested on East Ridge warrant capias transported to Silverdale 21-007700

2219 East 28th Street (warrant service):

Mauquisha Glenn was arrested on East Ridge warrant for simple assault. 21-007461

Night Shift

6513 US41 (21-007719) / Arrest

Doe, John arrested for Public Intoxication and Disorderly.  Doe threatened the patrons of the Waffle House® and assaulted a person who does not want to prosecute.  Doe refused to identify himself

300 Dunlap Av (21-007726)/Pursuit

ERPD attempted to stop a black Toyota Highlander which fled at a high rate of speed.  Pursuit terminated

1005 Spring Creek Rd (21-007731)/Pursuit

ERPD attempted to stop Ga. rv8344 which recklessly fled and pursuit was terminated.  Driver’s identity possibly Dakota Pitsch (aka Belt) of an unknown address in Harrison.  No charges filed,  but suspect has a narcotics history.  Upon investigation, Walker County reported Pitsch was attempting to sell the vehicle in Lafayette after the pursuit

718 S Lovell Ave (21-007735)/Overdose/Arrest

A male subject overdosed on heroin and was given Narcan and revived by his juvenile son.  The man was arrested for possession of Schedule I and paraphernalia
