26-001762 – 500 BLK Notre Dame Avenue – Residential Fire – Police Officers and Firefighters responded to a residential fire at this location. On scene, Police ensured all occupants exited the dwelling in a safe manner and the Fire Department assumed control of the scene. The fire was quickly extinguished.

26-001765 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – An anonymous person reported an elderly man was intoxicated and driving a red Ford Mustang in an erratic manner. Police Officers checked the area and located the Mustang pulling into a gas station. An officer spoke to the driver and determined that he was not intoxicated and the only beverage in his vehicle was iced tea.

26-001766 – 600 BLK Shady Lane – Vehicle Fire – Police Officers and Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire at this location. On scene, Firefighters located a vehicle with heavy smoke coming from the engine compartment. The small fire was contained without damaging the nearby home. A Fire Investigator determined the source of the fire was a battery booster that was incorrectly connected to the vehicle.

26-001768 – 700 BLK Frawley Road– Disorder – Police Officers responded to this address after three separate callers reported a disorder at the location. ERPD spoke with several individuals who were involved in the incident. Police found that earlier in the day, a subject was arrested in the apartment for Domestic Assault. Police determined that the suspect had called the Hamilton County Dispatch and requested Disorder Prevention so she could collect her belongings. During that same timeframe, her friend initiated a disorder by beating on the apartment door and demanding entry. Police directed her to call for Disorder Prevention during normal business hours and counseled the friend on Disorderly Conduct. The individuals agreed to separate for the night.

26-001770 – 900 BLK South Seminole Drive– Warrant Service / Arrest for Other Agency – A Deputy with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office (HSCO) contacted the East Ridge Police and notified them of a home invasion suspect that may be in their jurisdiction. Based on the HSCO Deputy’s information, police checked the complex and located the subject’s gray Infiniti Q50 in the parking lot.
