March 18 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

March 17 Day Shift

4214 Ringgold Road (theft):

The complainant contacted ERPD about her TN tag being cited on several cars in Florida. Crumb’s car was totaled in Sept of 2021. She then moved to Oregon. Since then she has received several traffic camera citations where her tag was displayed on two different cars in Miami. (22-003710)

6900 block Glen Errol Way (theft):

A white metal bathtub was stolen from the front yard of this address. (22-003702)

6510 Ringgold Road (criminal trespass):

Chinajeauw Williams was issued a criminal trespass warning for Subway per restaurant management. (22-003709)

 Night Shift

3300 block Frawley Street (Evading 22-003748):

Police encountered two parties in vehicles at the west end of Frawley St. The male party gave false information then fled on foot down Donaldson Rd and west into the woods. A Hamilton County drone unit responded to assist ERPD in their attempt to locate the subject. After a prolonged manhunt the party was not located. He was identified as David Waters, who had warrants out of multiple counties to include Aggravated Assault on Police. Several warrants were sought by ERPD on Waters to include Evading Arrest and Criminal Impersonation.

4100 block E Ridge Dr (Domestic Assault 22-003742):

A juvenile was arrested for assaulting his mother. He was assessed by EMS for injuries he sustained when the mother protected herself from the assault and then transported to JDU.

Franklin Place (Warrant Service 22-003738):

Following a crash investigation Raymond Martin was taken into custody on a warrant out of Meigs County.

3900 block Ringgold Road (Arrest/Warrant Service 22-003747):

Christopher Smith was taken into custody for a Petition to Revoke warrant out of East Ridge following a traffic stop at this location.

Patton Drive (Disorder 22-003737):

Police were dispatched to the residence regarding a disorder between a woman and her 19-year-old niece. The niece had reportedly urinated in multiple containers throughout her room and urinated on household towels. She agreed to leave with her boyfriend for the evening.

6708 Ringgold Road (Overdose 22-003741):

A male party was found unresponsive in the bathroom of the Circle-K. EMS arrived on scene and administered two doses of Narcan. The man was transported to Parkridge East for treatment. Warrants are pending.

1410 Mack Smith Road Room (Domestic Assault 22-003745):

Cornelius Jenkins was arrested for Domestic Assault and Interfering with Emergency Calls following a domestic disorder with his girlfriend.

3100 block Ellis Ave (Warrant Service 22-003720):

Police responded to a report of a wanted male, Jacob Daniel, at a house on Ellis Avenue. Officers searched the home with the consent of the homeowner and did not locate Daniel. The homeowner advised police that he sometimes runs into the woods behind the home. Davis was located hiding in the wooded area behind the residence. He was taken into custody and transported to Silverdale.

5301 Ringgold Rd (Drug Overdose 22-003753):

Police responded to a drug overdose at Walgreens. Officers located an unconscious male inside the cab of a Semi truck. Narcan was administered, and the man regained consciousness and refused transport by EMS. Police found suspected meth and marijuana on his person. He was arrested for possession of meth, possession of marijuana, and public intoxication.
