March 5 Police Briefs

March 3 Day Shift

3984 Ringgold Rd (suspicious person):

Police responded to this location in reference to an elderly male subject wandering around the business plaza.  Police contacted him and he exhibited several ongoing medical conditions that appeared to hinder his balance and walking but he refused medical treatment. Police transported the subject to his home in Chattanooga. (22-002962)

4214 Ringgold Rd (warrant service):

Natalie Harris was served with an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail. (22-000679)

4214 Ringgold Rd (warrant service):

Zahra Mears was served with an East Ridge warrant at the Hamilton County Jail. (22-002967)

6700 Ringgold Rd (suspicious activity):

Police responded to the area after a concerned citizen observed what they thought to be a dead body inside a red tent under the bridge. The caller advised an odor emanated from the tent, they felt was consistent with human remains. After arriving on scene, responders found it to just be an abandoned camp site of an area homeless party.

Night Shift

6725 Ringgold Rd (shots 22-003003):

Reporting party called in stating they heard five gunshots in the area. Police checked the area, but nothing was located.

6700 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Arrest 22-002995):

Briston Hill was detained on Catoosa County warrants during a traffic stop. He was transported to Silverdale to await extradition.

3300 Ringgold Rd (Suspicious Activity/FI 22-003002):

A man and woman were located in a white Chevrolet Suburban behind R&B Carwash. The two were engaged in physical intimacy and in a state of undress. They were checked for warrants, warned about the risk of being cited for indecent exposure and released.

4222 Ringgold Rd (Narcotics Arrest 22-002985):

Police arrested Ladonte McClure for possession of Fentanyl during a traffic stop at this location

5300 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-003001):

Police took custody of Danielle Bliek during a traffic stop on Catoosa County warrants.

5300 block Marion Avenue (Disorder/Aggravated Assault 22-003000):

Police responded to a disorder after a woman reported a man almost struck her with his vehicle as he left the scene. An arrest warrant was obtained for Aggravated Assault.

6514 Ringgold Rd (Stolen Auto Recovery 22-003005):

A 2003 Cadillac CTS reported stolen out of Chattanooga was found unoccupied at the Mapco. Investigation is ongoing.
