The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.
August 10 Day Shift
22-011254- 3100 blk of Ringgold Road- Tunnel Obstruction-
A driver chose to disregard the height restriction signs along Ringgold Road and wound up stuck in the tunnel. He was cited. While blocking the roadway a motorist decided to drive around a police vehicle. She was stopped at the tunnel and issued citations. TDOT was contacted and responded. Note: Per TDOT, they need to be contacted every time an eighteen-wheeler enters the tunnel regardless of damage. The tunnel will have to be inspected.
22-011234- 323 Camp Jordan Parkway- AOA/Smoke Investigation-
Police responded with ERFD on a smoke investigation at the park. On scene it was determined the smoke was coming from Chattanooga. CFD was notified.
22-011237- 300 block Tanager Circle- Domestic Assault-
A female complainant advised she was assaulted by her husband this morning. He left before police arrival. On scene she was treated and then transported to Erlanger Hospital. Later police responded back to this address with the complainant on a possible disorder prevention. On scene police stood by while she gathered belongings.
22-011241- 183 I-24 East- Vehicle Fire-
Police responded with ERFD on a possible vehicle fire on the interstate. On scene the vehicle was located. It was in Chattanooga and not on fire. TDOT responded and took over the scene.
22-011242- 1453 Mack Smith Road- Suspicious Person-
The caller advised homeless people were trying to live behind the dumpster area again. On scene police checked the area but no one was located.
No number assigned- 614 South Seminole Drive- Tree/Wires Down-
Police were dispatched on a fallen tree across the roadway. Police stood by and assisted Fire.

Lawrence Douglas was arrested on a Violation of an Order of Protection warrant.

Amber Nicole Goldsmith was arrested on a Forfeiture Capias warrant for Driving on Suspended License.
7609 Standifer Gap Road, Silverdale Detention Center / Arrest-Warrant (22-011286):
Frederick Flick was arrested on an Alias Capias warrant for Driving on Revoked, Suspended License.
1417 Mack Smith Road / Misdemeanor Citation-Drugs (22-011278):
Police contacted a woman in the parking lot after she was observed behaving in a suspicious manner. During the interaction she was found to be in possession of heroin.
