Law and Order July 30

Day Shift July 29

25-007963-1300 BLK San Hsi-Disorder – Police were dispatched to the listed residence for a verbal disorder. Police stood by while a man gathered his belongings from his now ex-girlfriend’s property. He was issued a criminal trespass warning and moved along without issue.

25-007965- 100 BLK Margareta Ln- Burglary – Police responded to the above address for a delayed burglary. The reporting party advised police that she left for work at 5:25 this morning and returned at 2:50 this afternoon to find a rock had been thrown through the window on her back door and someone entered the property and stole approximately $4,500 worth of valuables. Charges pending identification of suspect.

Night Shift July 29

25-007971 – 900 BLK McBrien Road – Backup Other Agency – A man was arrested for violating the sex offender registry when he attended vacation bible school where school aged children were attending. He is held on a $150,000 bond at the Hamilton County Jail.

25-007983 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – A woman was issued a verbal warning to put a reflector on her bicycle after police observed her riding across the roadway.

25-007986-6500 BLK Ringgold Rd.- Suspicious Person/AOA – Police observed a male and female removing items from one vehicle and placing them into another car. Officers identified the parties and found that one had a valid arrest warrant out of Sessions Court for violation of the sex offender registry. The party was taken into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.

He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
