Day Shift June 5

24-007238 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road Food City – Stolen Vehicle – The victim reported his vehicle, a 2009 Tacoma, was stolen from the parking lot. The RP believed he inadvertently left the keys in the vehicle.

24-007224 – 6600 BLK Hilton Drive – Arrest – Police were dispatched to this area regarding a suspicious male going through multiple yards and stealing items out of detached garages and sheds. Officers located a party matching the suspect description. Following an interview, the man was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine for resale, possession of fentanyl, and public intoxication. Warrants will be sought for burglary from various addresses as the investigation continues.

Night Shift June 5

24-007244 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – A man was taken into custody for Driving While Revoked following a traffic stop at this location.

24-007247 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Arrest – A woman was taken into custody during a traffic stop after being found to have 84.6 Grams, about three ounces, of Methamphetamine in her possession. She was also in possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

24-007252 – I-75 SB @ Exit 1 – AOA / Hazmat – Police responded to a vehicle that hit a container with an unknown chemical substance. Police stood by while ERFD and Hamilton County Hazmat handled the situation. It was determined the chemical was Mineral Oil. The roadway was opened back up shortly after.

24-007253 – 6200 BLK Ringgold Road – DUI Arrest – Staff reported a male passed out in a vehicle in the drive through lane. Officers located the vehicle and found a man asleep in the driver’s seat. He was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence and Simple Possession.
