Police Briefs for Oct. 22

The following information is courtesy of the East Ridge Police Department.

Day Shift October 21

24-013466– 3100 BLK Dayton Boulevard, Red Bank Municipal Court – Arrest-Warrant – A woman was arrested on a warrant for Violation of Order of Protection.

24-013476 – 500 BLK Wando Drive – Alarm – Police responded for a motion activation and found the residence secure.

Night Shift October 21

24-013479 – 7609 Standifer Gap – Warrant Service – Police were notified the jail had a party in custody and needed the warrants faxed over. After a phone call, the jail needed all the paperwork for the warrant service. The subject had two verified warrants for Alias Capiases (Driving on Revoked, Suspended or Cancelled).

24-013490 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop/DUI Arrest – A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle after police observed it driving without any lights activated. After investigation, the driver was taken into custody for driving under the influence, driving without a license, and underage consumption. He was transported to The Hamilton County Jail.

24-013492 – 400 BLK Bluebird Circle – Back Other Agency – Eastridge PD and Chattanooga PD cooperated to execute a warrant for Aggravated Assault x 4 and Reckless Endangerment. The subject was not at his home address but his whereabouts were determined. He was taken into custody a short time later at his workplace in Chattanooga.

24-013497 – 4000 BLK Bennett Rd – Alarm – The neighbors stated they could hear an audible alarm. Police observed the building to be secure and did not hear an audible alarm at that time.

24-013499 – 6500 BLK Ringgold Road – Unknown Trouble; Field Interview – Police were dispatched after a report of a suicidal party staying at the hotel. Officers interviewed the reported suicidal party who said it was a misunderstanding between friends. There were no indications of distress observed and the victim stated multiple times he was not suicidal. Police conducted a field interview and provided crisis resources. No incident.
