Day Shift April 16
25-003995 – 2159 Dugan ST -Civil / Warrant Service – The landlord called ERPD to report that two males were breaking into a vehicle at this residence. When ERPD arrived, they met with the two parties. A Hamilton County Civil Process unit arrived on scene and informed ERPD the two males were evicted, and they have until today at 1600 to get their belongings. Upon running the subjects’ information, one had an active felony warrant out of Walker County. Walker County advised they wanted to extradite, and he was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
25-003998 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Activity – A caller reported a male wearing a “bucket” hat and a black cardigan approached her and asked her to stop littering. The male subject then disappeared into the park. Police checked the area but were unable to locate the party.
25-004004 – 100 BLK Cecil Ln. – Disorder – ERPD received a call about an assault. Officers were able to obtain video footage of the incident and determine the fighting was mutual. The guardians of the Juveniles were informed a report was going to be taken of the incident and recommended the juveniles go inside to separate. No further incident occurred.
25-004011 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Rd at Food City – Pedestrian Struck – A juvenile was struck by a vehicle traveling at low speed in the parking lot. The juvenile was transported for additional care.
Night Shift April 16
25-004024- 4214 Ringgold Rd- Warrant Service – A man was served two Forfeiture Capias warrants.
25-004029-3600 BLK Missionaire Avenue- Unknown Trouble – Police responded to the address to investigate an unknown trouble and located a disorder between three adults. All three parties were intoxicated and belligerent. Police warned the two males to retire into the residence but they refused to do so, creating a public disturbance. One party was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, retaliation for past acts, and vandalism for damaging the holding cell at police headquarters. He was transported to Hamilton County Jail without further incident.
