Day Shift January 28 : A Squad
26-000868 – 6600 BLK Hilton Drive – Disorder – A woman called police after her boyfriend drove his Camaro through the neighbor’s yard before entering her residence and refusing to leave. She was uncooperative in letting police inside her home. A note was left on the neighbor’s door regarding the property damage, and officers left the scene.
26-000865- 3400 BLK Betty Lane- Child locked in vehicle – Officers were dispatched to the above address after a caller reported she put her child in her car, and the car locked with the keys in it. Fire was dispatched and unlocked the vehicle, and the child was found to be okay.
26-000871- 3700 BLK Ringgold Road- Disorder – Officers were dispatched to the restaurant for an irate customer. The worker stated that a customer realized his order was wrong he returned with his mother and became angry after the worker said a refund could be issued after the manager arrived. The angry customer stated he would jump over the counter and make the sandwich himself if he had too. The former customer and his mother were trespassed from the store.
Night Shift January 28 : C Squad
26-000882 – 6600 BLK Hilton Drive – Assist Other Agency – Police Officers responded to this address at the request of the Mobile Crisis Services. On scene, Police found that a counselor had been in contact with a male through an online application. Based on the interaction, the counselor referred the male to local hospital for a mental health exam. Police also determined the party had several aggressive episodes at the home within the last 72 hours.
26-000888 – 3400 BLK Gail Drive – Assist Citizen – Police responded to this address after an elderly male reported hearing things and wanted to speak to someone. Officers spoke with man at length and determined that he was mentally well and did not plan to harm himself. ERPD provided the man with resources he could contact for additional assistance to include the Visiting Angels organization.
26-000889 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service – While in custody at the Hamilton County Jail, a subject was served with an Alias Capias arrest warrant through the City of East Ridge. The original charge for the warrant was Driving on a Revoked License.
