The Chattanooga Police Department arrested a second suspect in connection to a homicide at a Manor Road residence that occurred on July 16.

Leah Duncan, 29, was charged with felony murder, especially aggravated robbery, and tampering with evidence. Duncan is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail and Detention Center.
