A small amount of suspected marijuana was recovered from the vehicle during a probable-cause search and was submitted to property and evidence for destruction. One party was found to have two outstanding warrants out of Hamilton County’s General Sessions Court and was transported to jail.

26-009885 – 1400 BLK North Smith Street – Suspicious Person – Police were requested by the property owner to check the residence for a male who may have been staying on the property. Officers located the squatter on the side of the property and advised him to leave.
