_ 3837 Ringgold Rd.: Police were dispatched to Metro PCS on a robbery, Saturday night. According to a police report, officers spoke with the manager of the business who told them that two people entered the store and asked for the manager. She told the pair that she was the manager, and a male subject pulled a black handgun from his waistband and ordered her to give them all the money. The manager walked the suspects to the rear of the business where they ordered her to place the money in a bag that the female suspect was carrying. The report states that the suspects then ordered the manager to the front of the store to remove money from the cash register. The manager told police the duo then told her to go to the rear of the store and not to come out until they had left. Investigators reviewed surveillance video which showed the male suspect was wearing tan pants and shirt. He is about 6-feet, 1 inches tall and has a skinny build. The female suspect was wearing purple or blue pants with a matching shirt and a hat. The suspects fled to the rear of the building and left in an unknown direction. There were no other witnesses to the event, the report states.
_ 3316 Ringgold Rd.: Police were dispatched to The Car Wash, Sunday just after 11 p.m., on a domestic assault call. According to a police report, when officers arrived the victim was gone. A short time later dispatch alerted officers to the fact that the victim was at Parkridge hospital’s main campus. When officers arrived they spoke with the victim who told them she was riding in a car with her ex-boyfriend when he stopped at the car wash. According to the victim, the ex-boyfriend demanded to know where his money was. The victim didn’t know what he was talking about, the report states. The victim told officers the ex-boyfriend jumped out of the car and came around to her side and dragged her from the vehicle. He struck her in the left eye with a closed fist, the report states. He then proceeded to straddle her and strike her multiple times in the mouth. The report states that the victim suffered a swollen left eye, had multiple scratches on her, a punctured lower lip where a tooth went through it and a torn shirt. Warrants have been issued for the ex-boyfriend’s arrest, the report states.
_ 4224 Belvoir Dr.: Police were dispatched to the address Sunday morning on a reported theft. According to a police report, the homeowner told officers that someone had stolen his boat and trailer. The victim said he last saw the boat on July 31 at 7 a.m. when he left his house. The boat and trailer were parked under a carport at his home and the hitch to the trailer was secured with a lock. The boat is a 1993 16-foot Alumicraft, green in color. It has a Mariner 25 engine and a Performance trailer. The items, which were entered into NCIC, are valued at $3,200.
_ 6513 Ringgold Rd.: Police were called to the Waffle House last week on a reported theft. According to a police report, the victim told officers someone had stolen his truck when he was inside the restaurant. The victim told police that he had an extra key and a 9mm pistol under the driver’s seat. The report states the victim was sitting in the restaurant eating when he saw a pickup truck across Ringgold Road at the Mapco that looked just like his. When he left the Waffle House it became apparent to him that the truck he saw across the way was his own. The pickup truck is a white 1989 Ford F150. It has a sticker on the rear glass that says “Turkey Thugs.” The report states that officers reviewed video surveillance of the Waffle House parking lot and saw a white male come over to the truck, enter it and drive away. The man is 6-feet, 3 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He was wearing camouflage overalls. The victim told officers that he saw the man sitting in the parking lot when he initially drove up to the restaurant.
