ER Municipal Court Dock July 25

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, July 25. Municipal court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 5 p.m.

Jeremy Babcock – possession firearm/for capias.

Cordarrius Bailey – simple possession/probation capias..

Stephen Colby – drug paraphernalia/probation capias.

Christopher Dodd – evading arrest/prob capias, revoked DL, registration violation, no insurance, leaving the scene w/damage.

Arliegh Everett – public intoxication.

Brian Gallegly – theft under $1,000.

Daniel Garcia – drug paraphernalia, possession schedule II/meth.

David Evans – simple assault/domestic, resist stop, halt, evading arrest/for cap, revoked DL/for capias, registration violation, no insurance, seat belt.

Buddy Frazier – possession meth, evading, domestic assault, theft under $10,000, FTA.

Stewart Garner – drug paraphernalia, possession meth, child endangerment.

Jeremy Gladden – forgery (2).

Alandro Johnson – theft, aggravated burglary.

James Reel – public intoxication.

Anel Sahbaz – possession schedule VI/PTR.

Duane Tyson – theft under $500/PTR.

Matthew Cohen – possession firearm, resisting, possession meth/resale, drug paraphernalia.

Karen Johnson – criminal impersonation/prob capias.

Jennifer Kidwell – FTA, revoked DL, registration violation, no insurance.

Renyetta Lowe – theft under $1,000.

Ashley Peace – drug paraphernalia, child endangerment.

Misty Strawter – DUI/FTA.

Nikkie Walker – theft of property/prob capias.

Emily Baggett – felony reckless endangerment, conspiracy commit aggravated assault.

Anthony Couch – DUI, simple possession schedule II.

Talicia Dixon – vandalism/domestic, vandalism.

Denise Finney – domestic assault, public intoxication, false reports.

Rodney Harris – DUI.

Janet Hester – possession controlled substance (2), public intoxication.

Robert Kellis – drug paraphernalia, speeding, seat belt.

Christopher Lane – felony reckless endangerment, aggravated assault.

Sabrena Laquatra – theft under $5,000, driving on revoked/alias capias, registration violation/misuse, no insurance.

Mary McCrary – forgery (2).

Noah McLemore – aggravated domestic.

Nicolas Mallet – domestic assault.

David Maye – attempted theft over $1,000, simple possession/marijuana.

Tamara Maye – theft over $2,500, theft under $500.

Michael Mullen – DUI, red light violation, registration violation.

Thomas Rizzo – aggravated burglary, seat belt.

Bernice Ruiz – domestic assault.

Dupri Senters – vandalism/domestic.

Haley Sharp – child abuse.

Nicholas Sloan – theft of property.

Christopher Smith – theft of property, driving on suspended, registration violation, no insurance.

Roxann Sosville – domestic assault.

Brandy Stewart – possession firearm/felony, drug paraphernalia, possession meth.

Derrick Stewart – possession schedule II.

Amanda Sweatt – possession schedule IV.

Kiara Walker – aggravated domestic, reckless endangerment, harassment.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
