ERAS Holds ‘Pet Academy’

March 1, 2018 By Dick Cook and Contributed Article 0 Comments

You are invited to East Ridge Animal Service’s first ever Citizen’s Pet Academy.

The event is Thursday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the East Ridge Community Center next door to City Hall on Tombras Avenue.

During this first Academy, we will be introducing the shelter staff, how you can help and the most violated ordinances in our city. There will be a question and answer session at the end.

Everyone is invited, keeping in mind, if you do not live within East Ridge city limits the ordinances in your area may differ. Our goal is to reach our community and to better educate you on animal care and welfare to better the lives of our citizens and pets. Hope to see you there!

Look for future academies which will include topics such as your pet’s health and training.
