Municipal Court Docket for Sept. 3

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Sept. 3. Municipal court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 3 p.m. No traffic cases will be heard this week.

Jereme Billups – Theft under $1,000, Possession Schedule VI, Drug Paraphernalia.

Salvador Delacruz – Aggravated Domestic Assault.

Samuel Kreger – Suspended DL/Alias Capias, Seat Belt, No Insurance.

Terence Neal – Revoked DL/Alias Capias, Registration Violation, No Insurance.

Michael Parker – Reckless Endangerment.

Brandon Quarles – Possession Heroin, Unlawful Possession Firearm/Felon, Possession Meth, Theft under $1,000, Drug Paraphernalia.

Leslie Ross – Domestic Assault.

Wesley Stevens – Child Endangerment, Drug Paraphernalia.

Michael Topacio – Theft over $2,500, Aggravated Burglary, Theft.

Jose Perez-Mondragon – Aggravated Domestic Assault, Vandalism, Possession Schedule II/Crack Cocaine.

Jessica Burns – Possession Meth, Drug Paraphernalia.

Timothy Chambers – Domestic Assault/PTR.

Lakesha Crawford – Possession Meth, Possession Meth/PTR.

Alexis Jordan – Possession Schedule I/Heroin, Drug Paraphernalia, Public Intoxication.

Kawanda Miller – Suspended DL/For Capias, Speeding.

Cheyenne Mullins – Public Intoxication.

Kalye Oppizzi – DUI/2nd, Suspended DL, Open Container.

Lauren Stevens – Child Endangerment, Drug Paraphernalia.

Dawn Swafford – Domestic Assault.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
