The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Jan. 28. Municipal court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 3 p.m.

Denis Arslanovic – domestic assault, theft over $1,000, violation conditions of release.

Ricky Barnette – theft under $1,000/pro capias.

Jesse Ervin – vandalism/petition to revoke.

David Helsel – revoked DL, criminal impersonation.

Courtney Mayo – DUI/2nd, revoked DL.

Austin Newby – retaliation, possession controlled substance, resisting.

Reshod White – criminal trespass.

Jessica Burns – possession meth/PTR.

Anthony Cardenas – possession controlled substance.

Scott Daugherty – schedule I/resale (2), schedule II/resale, schedule III/resale, schedule IV/resale, possession firearm while committing felony, schedule VI/resale, drug paraphernalia.

Andrew Hall – criminal simulation/PTR.

Madison Hall – revoked DL/alias capias.

Melissa Hinkley – possession meth/alias capias.

Albert Lewis – auto burglary, aggravated burglary, public intoxication, drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation.

Michael Livingston – possession schedule II, drug paraphernalia.

Sherry Maxwell – possession controlled substance/PTR.

Heather Scrivens – possession schedule V, drug paraphernalia, theft over $1,000, identity theft.

Rebecca Smith/aka Rogers – possession heroin/PTR.

Kayla Starnes – criminal impersonation, vandalism, resisting, assault on police.

Allison Sutton/aka McKenzie – schedule I/resale (2), schedule II/resale, schedule III/resale, schedule IV/resale, possession firearm while committing felony, schedule VI/resale, drug paraphernalia.

Billy Whitefield – theft of property (2).

Jacquelene Womack – DUI.

Stephanie Allen – DUI, following too close, no insurance.

Alfred Chastain – criminal impersonation.

Jacob Edwards – possession marijuana/resale, contributing to delinquency of minor, drug paraphernalia.

James Gaiannone – domestic assault.

Kenneth Harmon – evading arrest.

Jonathan Harris – aggravated domestic, domestic assault, intimidation.

Samuel Helton – public intoxication, disorderly, assault on police, retaliation for past acts.

Steven Hodge – theft over $2,500/for capias, domestic assault/for capias, suspended DL, light law, no insurance.

Patricia Jeffery – drug paraphernalia.

Christina Kirby – unlawful possession firearm, possession schedule VI, drug paraphernalia.

Madison Langley – simple possession.

Haley Leamon – domestic assault.

Travis Lee – theft of property.

Richard Mathis – DUI, left of center.

William McIntire – DUI, possession handgun while DUI, due care.

James Nelson – possession firearm during felony, possession schedule VI.

Patrick Pence – simple possession, contributing to delinquency of minor.

Abigail Petty – DUI, underage consumption, speeding.

Steven Pickett – domestic assault (2).

Isaiah Pittman – theft under $1,000, theft of services, evading arrest, reckless driving, suspended DL, no insurance, left turn.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
