July 21 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

July 19 Day Shift

21-010276- 3657 Ringgold Road  (Cascade Motel)- Unknown Medical/Difficulty Breathing-

Police responded with EMS on an unknown medical call. The patient was transported to Parkridge hospital.

21-010277- 5080 South Terrace (AMC)- Suspicious Persons-

Sharon C. and Lance D. were observed sleeping outside the east exit way of the AMC 18 Theater.  The pair stated they stopped at the location on the previous evening to sleep and get out of the rain.  The individuals were found to have no warrants or locals.  The man consented to a search of his belongings and nothing was found.  The woman declined consent to search a black cooler and small blue bag in her possession.  The pair agreed to leave the area after speaking with police.

The AMC 18 management has noted a spike in homeless persons moving around the theater, sleeping next to the building, and leaving trash on the premises.  The management has requested the assistance in checking the area during normal business hours and at night.

21-010278- 6721 Ringgold Road (Family Dollar)- Wellbeing Check-

The caller requested police check on the employees at this business. Once on scene police spoke to the employees and everyone was ok.

21-010280- 4012 West Stump Street- Suspicious Person-

The caller advised of an unknown white male on her porch trying to open her front door. Once on scene police encountered Koby Proctor across the street from 4012. He was arrested and charged with public intoxication and transported to Silverdale.

21-010283- 930 Spring Creek Road- Traffic Stop-

Devon Loftin was arrested for Driving on a Revoked License for DUI following a traffic stop for a registration violation.  The passenger in the vehicle, Angela Burnette, was found to have Drug Paraphernalia in her possession and was given a Citation in Lieu of Arrest. 

21-010284- 3604 Larry Lane- Vehicle Burglary-

The complainant advised sometime during the night an unknown suspect entered his unlocked 2003 gold Chevrolet Tahoe parked at his home. The complainant woke around 1500 hours and realized the vehicle had been entered, ransacked, and several items including a firearm were taken.

 4214 Ringgold Road / Assault-Domestic:

Tyrie Benford assaulted his ex-girlfriend.  Warrants are applied for on Benford.  21-010289

5318 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Driving While Revoked: 

Brandon J. Stephens was arrested for Driving While License Revoked.  21-010295

1207 Forest Green Drive / Theft of Property over $1000:

Dameion E. Ervin was arrested for Theft of Property when found in possession of a stolen vehicle.  21-010298

6519 Ringgold Road / Assault-Domestic:

Rosalinda Reynoso-Domingo was arrested for Domestic Assault.  21-010300

4214 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant:

Heather M. Smith was arrested on Capias Petition to Revoke warrant for Theft of Property.  21-010307
