Police Briefs for Oct. 13

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

Oct. 11 Day Shift

21-013569- Warrant Service-

Troy Smith was served an East Ridge warrant at Silverdale.

21-014776- 800 blk of South Moore Road- Stolen Vehicle Recovery/Arrest-

Darious Fuget was arrested and charged with theft after being found in possession of a stolen vehicle. He was transported to Silverdale without incident.

21-014779- 3900 block Fountain Avenue- Disorder Prevention/AOA Warrant Service-

During a Disorder Prevention at this location, Joshua Hudson, a departing resident of the home, was found to have an active warrant through the City of Collegedale for a Probation Violation.  Hudson was arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail at Silverdale.

21-014796- 12 Laurel Lane (Condemned House)- Suspicious Activity-

The property owner called to report unknown people inside the house. On scene officers cleared the building but no one was located. The property owner requested an extra watch of the property.

Night Shift

21-014797 1410 Mack Smith Road / Disorder / AOA:

Nikki Lunsford was arrested for active warrants through Hamilton County sessions court and transported to the Hamilton County jail following a call at this location.

21-014803/ 5000 block Delaware Drive/ Drug Overdose:

Police responded to this location regarding a female subject taking an unknown amount of prescribed medication.  She was uncooperative with Police, not offering any information as to what type and how many pills she had taken.  HCEMS transported her to Parkridge Main.

21-014815/ 4214 Ringgold Road/ Warrant Service: 

Holly Faith Morel was taken into custody on an Alias Capias warrant for theft under $1,000 and transported to the Hamilton County Jail at Silverdale.

Clemons Rd @ Prigmore Rd (Arrest 21-014823):

A traffic stop was made on a vehicle involved in suspicious behavior in the area.  A consent search was gained, and meth, Xanax, fentanyl, suboxone, and gabapentin were in possession of Amy Guzzi.

21-014825 – Carter Street @ W. 11th Street / Warrant Arrest: 

Demarcus Kevon Mackey was arrested on a Forfeiture Capias warrant for Driving on Revoked License.

1300 Spring Creek Rd / Arrest: (21-014816):

Tyler Patton was taken into custody for public intoxication and resisting arrest after he attempted to interfere with his brother’s arrest on a traffic stop.

1503 McDonald Rd / Agg Domestic: (21-014816)

Mathew Shagena was taken into custody after he found a police officer and turned himself in for aggravated domestic, vandalism, and interference with 911 following an incident that just occurred at the Waverly.

21-014801- 5800 Ringgold Road:

Shane Crump was taken into custody following a traffic stop at this location for DUI, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

21-014816- 1300 Spring Creek Road:

Tyree Patton was taken into custody following a hit and run in the 6200 block of Ringgold Road for DUI and leaving an accident scene.
