Nov. 10 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from “pass along reports” furnished by the East Ridge Police Department.

Nov. 8 Day Shift

21-016167- 5420 Weaver Street- Alarm-

Police responded to check this address. On scene it appeared secure.

21-016174- Warrant Service-

Kristopher Roberson was arrested and transported to Silverdale on an East Ridge warrant.

21-016177- 3725 Fountain Avenue- Runaway-

The caller advised their seventeen-year-old juvenile had left home on Saturday and not returned. On scene the parent was able to contact the juvenile and advised they would seek attachments. The juvenile was not entered in NCIC.

21-016179- 1100 Spring Creek Road- Missing Juvenile-

The caller advised a student walked off from the school. Police located the juvenile at Spring Creek Road and San Hsi Drive. She was transported back to the school.

21-016181- 1600 block Waterhouse Street- Wellbeing Check-

The caller advised a patient left Parkridge Hospital AMA with two IVs in his arm. They requested police check on him. On scene he advised he was okay.

21-016184- 1471 Mack Smith Road- Suspicious Person-

The caller advised an unknown male was pulling on doors behind the business. On scene police located the man. He was advised to move along.

Night Shift

3312 Navajo Dr. / Vehicle Fire:

Officers were dispatched to a shooting and vehicle fire at this location. Upon arrival, officers did find a vehicle on fire, but no shooting had occurred. The incident also happened in Chattanooga. ERPD cleared the scene.

Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
