Nov. 18 Police Briefs

The following information is courtesy of the East Ridge Police Department and compiled from its “pass along reports.”

Nov. 16 Day Shift

4214 Ringgold Road (warrant service):

Dallas Foster turned himself into police for an active domestic assault warrant through East Ridge. He was transported to Silverdale. (21-014359)

941 Spring Creek Road (aggravated domestic assault):

Police responded to Parkridge East Hospital after a subject reported being assaulted by his stepfather. The subject stated the step father strangled him, punched him and threatened to break his neck following a heated argument at the Budgetel Inn. A warrant will be sought for the step father, who drives a white and black 2004 Chevrolet Avalanche with a six inch lift and black wheels. (21-016568)

Night Shift

1500 block Fruitland Dr. (Disorder 21-016335): 

Police responded to this location for a male party screaming, trying to kick in doors, and hitting vehicles. Police located Mickey Ezell who appeared to be extremely intoxicated. After detaining Ezell, he became irate with officers and began to fight police while being put into a patrol vehicle. Ezell was charged with resisting arrest and public intoxication

914 S. Seminole Dr (Arrest 21-016621):

Romieka Madden was arrested on a Ft. Oglethorpe warrant following a traffic stop.

5800 Ringgold Road (Arrest 21-016623):

Following a traffic stop at this location, Michael Mitchell was taken into custody for full extradition warrants out of Pennsylvania.

3657 Ringgold Road (Arrest 21-016613):

Police made contact with Charssla Roberson outside of the Cascades Motel. After identifying himself, Roberson was found to have two active warrants out of East Ridge. Roberson was transported to Silverdale without incident.

5319 Ringgold Road (Shoplifting 21-016590):

Police responded to a reported shoplifting in progress at Family Dollar. Police made contact with Joshua Kellogg who was attempting to steal clothing. Family Dollar staff did not wish to prosecute but did want Kellogg trespassed. Kellogg was issued a trespass warning and he left the area.

1410 Mack Smith Rd (Drug Overdose 21-016611):

Police responded to the Budgetel on unknown trouble. Police made contact with a female who advised that a male was unconscious in her room. Police made contact with the male subject, who was unconscious from a suspected drug overdose. He was administered Narcan by a bystander and regained consciousness. He was transported to the hospital by EMS for further treatment.

1410 Mack Smith Rd (Theft from Vehicle 21-016616):

Police responded to the Budgetel on a theft from vehicle. Police contacted the complainant who advised his vehicle was broken into and several items were taken. No suspect information was available.

201 Eads St  (Criminal Trespass 21-016595):

Tyrick Henry  was issued a criminal trespass warning. He stated he understood he could not return to the property.

400 block Dunlap Ave (Overdose 21-016604):

Officers were dispatched to an unconscious male who had possibly overdosed. When police arrived they located the male subject unresponsive in the driveway. Two other male subjects and two female subjects were standing over the man. Officers administered 4mg of Narcan to the man. He slowly became responsive. He admitted to ingesting a number of ecstasy pills. EMS arrived and transported him to Parkridge Main Hospital.

900 block S Seminole (Drug Arrest 21-016624):

Christopher Goodwin was taken into custody for possession of marijuana for resale, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm during a felony.
