The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

Jan. 12 Day Shift

6728 Ringgold Rd

Best Western called advised a homeless male was loitering on the property. He was gone upon arrival.

Night Shift

700 block Shady Drive / Disorder

Complainant called police stating that his friend’s ex-boyfriend was on scene causing a disorder. Upon arrival on scene, police found that the subject had already left. Police informed the complainant and his friend on obtaining an order of protection. (22-000546)

1417 Ringgold Road/ Traffic Stop/ Warrant Service 22-000556

Kennedy Lamont Jr. was arrested on an outstanding Red Bank warrant during a traffic stop.

4214 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant

Kaleb M. Clark was arrested on an East Ridge Alias/Capias warrant for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  22-000554

4214 Ringgold Road / Arrest-Warrant

Adrain L. Buford was arrested on East Ridge Alias/Capias warrant for Driving on Revoked, Suspended.  22-000557

6514 Ringgold Road / Arrest-DUI

Kiana L. Sanders was arrested for DUI after being found in her car asleep at the MAPCO.  22-000554

 

January 13 – Day Shift

4401 Ringgold Rd

Macks Highway Mart advised an unknown female stole items from the store and fled the scene.

January 13 – Night Shift

6700 Ringgold Road / Traffic Stop

Jametrius Walker was issued a misdemeanor citation for theft under $1,000 after police recovered a firearm that confirmed to be stolen out of Chattanooga. He was also issued multiple traffic citations. (22-000589)

5700 block Scott Street / Intoxicated Person / Arrest

Alexander Fraire was arrested for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct following a call at this location. Report on file.  22-000593

6708 Ringgold Road / Drugs

During a traffic stop at this location, Autumn Neighbors and Rebecca Baker were arrested for possession of meth for resale, possession of gabapentin for resale and possession of heroin for resale.  22-000596

6708 Ringgold Road / Arrest- Drugs

Natashia Neighbors was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine for resale and Angel Jewell was issued a misdemeanor citation following an encounter at this location. Further charges of Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Institution are pending for Neighbors with the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division.  22-000599

January 14 – Day Shift

5394 Reneau Way (suspicious activity)

The caller reported two males in the area checking door handles at the beginning of the shift. Police arrived on scene and did not locate any of the subjects. Approximately twenty minutes later, police responded to 1427 Millbro Circle in reference to a male attempting to enter a vehicle as it was warming up but left the scene upon the owner exiting the residence. Also, during the morning hours of the day, approximately four vehicles were stolen from Chattanooga and Georgia jurisdictions with the keys with them. (22-000601)

 January 14 – Night Shift

700 Frawley Road (Arrest 22-000644)

Eddie Johnson was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.

941 Spring Creek Road (Arrest 22-000657)

Lauren Mullins was arrested for public intoxication outside of Parkridge East Hospital. Ms. Mullins was warned several times to stay in the back seat of her automobile, but she refused.

3984 Ringgold Rd (Civil  Matter 22-000638)

The reporting party called in angry over a dispute of $1.59 from the Stop N Go. Police were able to make both parties involved happy and get the $1.59 back.

3600 Ida Belle Ln (Arrest 22-000655)

Police conducted a traffic stop at this location. Cedrick Williams was in possession of eight Hydrocodone pills and paraphernalia. He was charged with Possession of Schedule II and Paraphernalia.

4214 Ringgold Rd (Warrant Service 22-000652)

Timothy Shved was taken into custody by Chattanooga police on an outstanding East Ridge warrant and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

5080 South Terrace (Theft from a Vehicle 22-000658)

The complainant reported his juvenile daughter’s vehicle was broken into while she was at the movie theater. An unknown suspect took $100, an iPad, and a computer from the vehicle.

January 15 – Day Shift

Forest Green Drive at S. Mission Oaks (shots fired)

Callers reported hearing gunfire at this location followed by seeing someone running on Patton Drive. Police located Donielle Porter who was armed with a 9mm handgun missing several rounds from the magazine. Porter was arrested and taken to jail. (22-000665)

5391 Reneau Way (burglary attempt)

A male dressed in black and wearing a blue backpack attempted to make entry through a screen on the back deck of the residence. (22-000667)

January 15 – Night Shift

1600 Mack Smith Rd (DUI Arrest 22-000705)

Joshua DiPrima was arrested for DUI following a traffic stop at this location.

6000 Ringgold Road (DUI Arrest 22-000708)

Justin Stewart was taken into custody for DUI 2nd, following a traffic stop at this location

6515 Ringgold Rd (Assault/Vandalism 22-000707)

Champy’s staff reported a male who entered the business as it was closing assaulted an employee and vandalized a sign. The male fled on foot towards the Super 8. Champy’s staff did not wish to prosecute the assault or vandalism but wanted the male trespassed if he could be located. Police could not locate the male.

1504 Swope Drive (Domestic Assault 22-000696)

Brandon White was arrested for domestic assault against his wife and false imprisonment.  DCS was contacted and a report is on file

6500 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 22-000706)

Police arrested Robert Free for public intoxication after observing him stumbling in traffic.

6513 Ringgold Rd (22-000711)

Police arrested Cornelius Hughey for public intoxication and retaliation for past actions. Officers observed Hughey stumbling in traffic. Hughey also had warrants through Hamilton County for aggravated assault.
