Buddy’s bar-b-q Opens for Business

August 30, 2019 By Dick Cook and Contributed Article 0 Comments

Buddy’s bar-b-q is now open at 619 Camp Jordan Parkway in East Ridge. The popular barbeque restaurant’s new location is just behind Bass Pro Shops.

“The city welcomes Buddy’s bar-b-q to East Ridge and appreciates their investment in our community,” said East Ridge Mayor Brian Williams. “We wish Buddy’s much success and will be enjoying some of their barbeque and offerings.”

Buddy’s bar-b-q is a casual hometown barbeque restaurant that offers some of the finest hickory-smoked pork, chicken, ribs, brisket, and wings, made fresh daily. Buddy’s was first established in 1972 in Knoxville, Tennessee, and the expansion to East Ridge marks the 15th location in the Buddy’s family.

Buddy’s still operates today with the original philosophy of treating customers as if they were guests in their own home. Fresh food and Southern hospitality are their specialty.

“There is a lot of enthusiasm about Buddy’s expanding beyond the Knoxville region,” said Darik Dawes, Managing Partner of Buddy’s East Ridge location. “We’re very excited to bring Buddy’s to East Ridge. We think it is some of the finest barbeque in the south.”

Buddy’s offers dine-in with both indoor and outdoor seating, take-out or to-go, drive-thru and fill orders in large bulk. The exact location is just off Interstate 75 on exit 1 at Camp Jordan Parkway.

To reach Buddy’s by phone call 423-541-7400. Open daily from 11:00 am – 9:00 pm. Visit our website at www.buddysbarbq.com Follow Buddy’s East Ridge on Facebook: @BuddysbarbqEastRidge
