Chick-fil-A Coming to Jordan Crossing

August 24, 2017 By Dick Cook 0 Comments

If you live in East Ridge and love Chick-fil-A, you won’t be having to drive to Brainerd Road much longer to enjoy one of your favorite meals.

East Ridge is getting a Chick-fil-A restaurant.

Though it has yet to be officially announced, the Chick-fil-A will be built on Camp Jordan Parkway across from the Bass Pro Shops in the Jordan Crossing development. The restaurant proper will sit on property where the America’s Best Inn was formerly situated. The parking lot for the new restaurant, officials said, will be on a small parcel of land that the city deeded to the developers in February of this year.

Blueprints for the new Chick-fil-A have been submitted to the city and building permits have been issued, officials said Tuesday.

An official announcement by the developers, company officials and the city is anticipated in coming days.
