ER Municipal Court Docket

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Monday, Oct. 23. Municipal Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 3 p.m. with the traffic docket, followed by the regular docket.

Keith Claywell – Felony Reckless Endangerment, Aggravated Domestic Assault.

Kedarrian Higgins – Aggravated Domestic Assault.

Tyler Johns – Criminal Impersonation.

Damean Jones – Theft over $10,000, Aggravated Burglary.

Elijah Shields – Possession Meth, Drug Paraphernalia.

Bobby Thompson – Stalking/Petition to Revoke.

David Wicks – Theft over $10,000.

Steven Willingham – Suspeded DL/For Capias (2), Seat Belt, Registration Violation, Light Law.

Robby Wimpy – Drug Paraphernalia (2), Do DL, Speeding.

Cordarrius Bailey – Simple Possession/Prob Capias.

Rachel Bartley – Criminal Impersonation, Possession Meth/Resale/For Capias, Possession Marijuana/For Capias, Drug Paraphernalia/For Capias, Possession Methadone/For Capias, Suspended DL/For Capias, Light Law, No Insurance.

Heather Englehoff – Drug Paraphernalia/For Capias, Simple Possession Controlled Substance, Drug Paraphernalia.

Krystie Giles – Forgery.

Bobbi Green – Suspended DL/For Cap, Registration Violation, No Insurance.

Terri Kennedy – Theft of Services, Public Intoxication.

Jason Mitchell – Domestic Assault/For Cap.

Ruben Zamora – Felony Possession of Firearm, Drug Paraphernalia, Possession Meth, Theft over $10,000.

Derrick Hayes – DUI, Revoked DL, Due Care, No Insurance.

Billy Hudson – Theft over $2,500, Theft under $1,000, Possession Legend Drugs (2), Possession Schedule IV, Suspended DL, No Insurance.

Bryan Hullander – Evading Arrest.

Nickolas Mallett – Domestic Assault.

Alexzandria McGehee – Prohibited Weapon, Evading Arrest.

Tomas Miguel – Contributing Delinquency of Minor, DUI.

Quadra Morgan – Aggravated Stalking.

Michael Mullen – DUI, Red Light Violation/Registration Violation.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
