The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Aug. 1. Municipal Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 5 p.m.

Corey Blackmon – FTA (2), revoked DL.

Daniel Bowen – unlawful possession of weapon, misuse of registration, evading.

Aaron Chippoletti – theft under $500/probation capias, drug paraphernalia, no insurance, registration violation.

Daniel Doss – revoked DL/alias capias, no insurance, seat belt.

Antwonne Estes – domestic/PTR.

Steven Etheridge – drug paraphernalia, for capias, FTA, theft over $1,000 for capias.

Micky Evans – simple possession/schedule VI, contributing to delinquency of a minor.

Joshua Francisco – burglary, aggravated burglary, theft over $1,000.

Hakeen Hickman – domestic/PTR, no DL/alias capias.

Travis Linticum – possession schedule I.

Michael Parker – public intoxication.

James Robinette – DUI/for capias, public intoxication.

William Smith – criminal impersonation.

Adam Tomlinson – possession meth, possession meth/prob capias, possession schedule II, drug paraphernalia.

Paul Bailes – revoked DL.

Carlie Boaen – theft of property.

David Evans – simple assault/domestic, resist stop, halt, arrest, evading arrest/for capias, revoked DL/for capias, registration violation, no insurance, seat belt.

James Johnson – drug paraphernalia.

Carrie Posey – criminal simulation, joyriding.

Brandy Turner – theft of property/for capias.

Ashley Walker – drug paraphernalia/for capias.

Morgan Watkins – criminal simulation, altering title/plates.

Cheryl Carpenter – theft under $1,000, theft.

James Cross – patronizing prostitution.

Bettie Dark – domestic assault.

Marvin Davis – patronizing prostitution.

Thomas Dobbs – domestic assault, reckless endangerment, revoked DL, attempt criminal simulation, assault.

Alicia Garcia – illegal use of debit card (2), theft.

Lee Gianaro – domestic assault, no insurance.

Alixandra Hamlin – shoplifting, domestic assault, vandalism, disorderly conduct, criminal trespassing, criminal impersonation, vandalism.

James Henderson – aggravated assault.

Sergio Hernandez – interference with 911, domestic assault.

Samuel Johnston – child abuse, simple assault, reckless endangerment, theft under $1,000, interference with 911 domestic assault.

Mark McDaniel – aggravated domestic assault.

Robyn Merrill – drug paraphernalia, possession of meth.

Grover Millard – domestic assault.

Brandon Moore – patronizing prostitution, possession schedule IV/resale.

Benjamin Njogu – patronizing prostitution.

Rajendra Patel – patronizing prostitution.

Matthew Rooker – patronizing prostitution.

Nicholas Savastand – patronizing prostitution.

Christopher Smith – patronizing prostitution.

Garrett Sturdivant – domestic assault, drug paraphernalia, reckless endangerment.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
