Day Shift January 27 : B Squad

26-000830- 5300 BLK Ringgold Road-Shots Fired – Police checked the area on a report of shots fired in the subdivision located behind the business; no signs of trouble were located.

26-000837- 6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Theft – Police spoke with parties regarding items that they reported stolen while at a hotel. The theft took place on January 15, 2026. Some items were recovered by the Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office with other items still missing.

26-000839- 700 BLK Bacon Trail- Theft – Police responded to a reported theft in which the reporting party alleged her neighbor entered her apartment, stole her phone, and used a Wi-Fi jammer to bypass security cameras. No evidence of unlawful entry was found, and the neighbor denied the allegations, stating the alleged Wi-Fi jammer was a prank involving a red laser light. No charges are currently pending.

4214 Ringgold Rd – Warrant Service – The suspect was taken into custody on three East Ridge Warrants for possession of meth, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

26-000831 – 4340 Ringgold Road – Disorder/Mental Health Consumer – A woman was issued a criminal trespass warning after she entered the business and levied accusations at the store employee and the cell service provider of preventing her from accessing her Cash App application. The employee reported that during the encounter she made threats against his native country of origin and was disrupting business. The woman issued the criminal trespass warning and agreed to cease contact with this location.

26-000844 – 3600 BLK Bennett Road – Citizen Assist – While on a call, police were approached by a high school-aged juvenile who inquired about receiving a ride to the high school after already walking a considerable distance to this location. Police obliged the request and the student was transported to the school without issue.

26-000845- 6200 BLK Dayton Boulevard – Warrant Service – A subject was served with a warrant for Petition to Revoke from East Ridge.

Night Shift January 27 : C Squad

26-000849 – I-24 Exit 183 – Backup Other Agency – East Ridge Police assisted a Hamilton County Deputy with a DUI investigation during a traffic stop, which resulted in an arrest. The party was arrested for DUI and transported to Hamilton County Jail.

26-000854- 4214 Ringgold Road- Warrant Service – Forfeiture Capias Warrant for Driving on Revoked, Suspended, or Canceled was served on a party who was in custody at Hamilton County Jail.

26-000855 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Rd – Fraud – The business called to report fraud. Management stated that an employee possibly received a phone call stating that the business had an overdue balance for a FedEx package, and the employee needed to take the money out of the register and deposit it into an unknown Bitcoin machine.

26-000857 – 10 BLK Franklin Place – Arrest – The RP called ERPD to get her sister to leave the residence. While on scene, dispatch informed ERPD that the subject had an active warrant through the HCSO. She was transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident and issued a criminal trespass warning.

26-000859 – 700 BLK Germantown Circle – Attempted Theft of a Motor Vehicle – ERPD was dispatched for a vehicle alarm. The RP stated that her alarm was going off and could see the interior light on. Officers found signs that someone had attempted to steal the vehicle. The RP stated she did not see anyone near her car at the time of the alarm. She also stated nothing was missing from inside. ERPD was unable to locate anyone at this time. Charges pending upon the identification of the suspect.
