Day Shift March 16: A Squad
26-002387 – 1400 BLK Altamaha Street – Property – Police spoke with the owner of the auto repair shop who stated three unknown males were caught on CCTV vandalizing two of their vehicles’ tires. The owner stated the subjects damaged approximately $400 dollars’ worth of tires and suspects the subjects live in the area. At this time, no suspects have been identified.
Night Shift March 16 : C Squad
26-002395 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue– Disorder Prevention – A caller requested Police presence while she retrieved three items from her mother’s residence. She stated that her mother had previously refused access. ERPD spoke with the resident who agreed to hand over all the property. After retrieving her property, the reporting party stated she would not return to the residence.
26-002400 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road – Fight / Mentally Disturbed – An Off Duty Police Officer requested assistance with a combative patient. On duty Officers responded to the scene and all five were required to contain the combative individual. The male continued to resist and eventually bit an officer, and spit on another one. The suspect was eventually contained for medical treatment, and he is pending charges for Disorderly conduct and Aggravated Assault.
26-002401 – 6300 BLK Dharma Loop – Animal Call – A concerned citizen stated her neighbor was neglecting a dog and the issue had been on-going for approximately a year. The reporting party was advised to contact Animal Control Services during normal business hours to discuss the issues.
26-002404 – 800 BLK Belvoir Avenue – Miscellaneous – The maintenance staff reported that a burglar alarm was malfunctioning along with other issues. The staff requested extra patrols in the area for the next two days while issues are being addressed.
