Day Shift November 14: A Squad

25-011905 – 3300 BLK Gleason Drive – Disorder Prevention – Police responded to the residence to assist a party in retrieving some of her personal items. The resident did not wish to oblige her request to collect any items since she had left earlier in the year. Police advised the caller to contact the civil court to help facilitate her retrieving her belongings.

Night Shift November 14: C Squad

25-011921 – Spring Creek Road / Ringgold Road / S Germantown Road – Focused Traffic Enforcement – Police Officers conducted focused traffic enforcement throughout the City of East Ridge resulting in thirty-two vehicle stops. During this timeframe, Police issued eighteen traffic citations, multiple warnings, and made one physical arrest. The traffic violations included Reckless Driving, Driving Without a License, No Insurance, and Speeding.

25-011917- 100 BLK Cecil Lane– Domestic Disorder – An anonymous person reported a male was striking a female in the parking lot of the apartment complex. Police responded and found the parties in front of an apartment. Officers separated the individuals and determined the incident was verbal in nature. No evidence of an assault was found. One was trespassed from the apartment at the request of the other.

25-011927 – 3300 BLK Ringgold Rd – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Police observed a black vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and initiated a traffic stop. The driver was identified and a records check confirmed a Petition to Revoke warrant through the City of East Ridge. The man was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Jail. The original charge for the warrant was Possession of a Controlled Substance.

25-011932 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Assault – The caller reported a male wearing a red jacket spit on him four times during an argument at the restaurant. Police Officers responded to the location and determined the suspect fled on foot prior to their arrival. A witness later reported seeing the suspect leaving in a black Nissan Murano. The suspect’s identity is currently unknown, and warrants are pending his identification.

25-011934 – 6700 BLK Ringgold Road – Traffic Stop / Arrest – Police conducted a traffic stop with a maroon SUV after it was observed traveling at a very high rate of speed. The driver was found to be intoxicated and had an open alcoholic beverage in his vehicle. Police also found him in possession of a loaded firearm. The man was taken into custody and charged with Driving under the Influence, Possession of a Handgun While Under the Influence, Reckless Driving and Open Container.

Day Shift November 15: B Squad

25-011940 – 300 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Mentally Disturbed – Officers were informed of a male party under the pavilion in the gravel lot acting strange and yelling at people who were not there. Officers located the party, threatening harm to non-existent parties on scene as well as Officers on scene. The man was taken into protective custody and transported for a mental health evaluation. After a CON had been signed, it was determined that he had given Officers a false date of birth to conceal the fact he had stolen a car in Ringgold, GA. The stolen auto was recovered at a local hotel (ERPD Case #25-00941). A warrant for Criminal Impersonation is being sought.

25-011941 – 6600 BLK Ringgold Road – Auto Theft/Assist Another Agency – Police were requested to look for a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel. The vehicle was described as a silver Cadillac SUV bearing a known Georgia tag. Officers located the vehicle and contacted the Ringgold Police Department to determine whether the owners could retrieve it. The owners were notified and recovered the vehicle without further incident. Officers also transported the suspect, unaware of his involvement in the auto theft, for a mental health evaluation for an incident prior to this. Ringgold Police later informed officers that they would be issuing warrants for the suspect’s arrest for Auto Theft.

Night Shift November 15: C Squad

25-011950 – 5300 BLK Clemons Road – Assist EMS – Police Officers initially responded to the report of a stabbing at this location. Officers found a female with a small injury on her arm and quickly determined no one had been stabbed or assaulted. The woman had a small piece of plastic stuck in her arm due to an injury earlier in the week. EMS responded to the location and transported the female to a local hospital for treatment.

Day Shift November 16: A Squad

25-011976/25-011932 – 600 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Suspicious Person/Supplement – Police responded to the restaurant, where the manager requested a trespass warning for a patron involved in an assault on 11/14/2025. The suspect had already left and was located at a nearby business. The party claimed he was assaulted before spitting on the victim. His information was collected. The restaurant manager reported that their video system did not capture enough evidence, but another, nearby structure may have better footage. The man was issued a trespass warning and acknowledged he understood he could be arrested for Criminal Trespass if he returned.

Night Shift November 16: C Squad

25-011983 – 1500 BLK Karwill Lane– Vehicle Theft – The caller reported that a known female suspect took her 2014 Chevrolet Equinox without her permission. The subject was temporally staying with owner but was not allowed to operate her car. Police checked the surrounding area but did not locate the Chevrolet. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen and an arrest warrant was issued with the charge of Theft over $2500.

25-011983 – 1500 BLK Karwill Lane– Update / Warrant Hold – Deputies with the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia conducted a traffic stop with a Chevrolet Equinox stolen out of East Ridge. The driver of the vehicle was identified as the original suspect and Deputies determined she was intoxicated. She was taken into custody and charged with Driving Under the Influence. A hold was sent to the Bartow County Jail for the East Ridge charges, and the vehicle owner was notified.

25-011992 – 3200 BLK Ardian Road – Domestic Assault / Arrest – Police Officers responded to a domestic disorder and located several individuals standing in front of the residence. Upon further investigation, it was determined that a male struck another’s on the side of the head. The assault left an abrasion on the victim and broke his glasses. The suspect was arrested, charged with Domestic Assault, and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.

25-011997 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Traffic Stop / DUI Arrest – Police observed a white Honda CRV failing to maintain lane on Ringgold Road and it nearly struck another vehicle. The officer conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver. Upon further investigation, he was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. The man was transported to the Hamilton County Jail and was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Driving on a Revoked License (DUI), and Open Container.

Day Shift November 17: B Squad

25-011881- 100 BLK John Arnold Ave.- Following up/ Arrest – Following the investigation, police were able to identify a possible suspect in the burglary that occurred at this residence last week. With the assistance of Catoosa County detectives, officers contacted the suspect. He admitted to burglarizing the John Arnold address, and Catoosa County subsequently arrested him for a new parole violation. East Ridge warrants are pending for extradition back to Hamilton County.

25-012009/ 25-012011- 4100 BLK Ringgold Road- Hit and Run/ Warrants Sought – Police responded to a crash with no injuries at this location. A party stated the driver fled the scene prior to police arrival. Officers contacted the suspect who stated he would meet police at the station. Instead of going to the station, he returned to the scene, assaulted the witness, and fled again. Warrants for assault, leaving the scene of an accident, and due care are pending.

25-012012-Domestic Disorder/Arrest – A man was taken into custody for aggravated domestic assault after he choked his fiancée during an altercation while driving eastbound on Ringgold Road. He was transported to jail without issue.

25-012027- 6200 BLK Ringgold Road- Harassing Threats – ERPD responded to this location for a harassing threats complaint. A former employee had been warned multiple times not to return to this location due to previous complaints about harassment. Warrants for harassment will be sought.

Night Shift November 17: D Squad

25-012034-1500 BLK Springvale Road- Deceptive Practice – The RP explained that he met someone on a dating app and exchanged text messages. He then received a text message with photos of himself attached. The unknown suspect attempted to blackmail the RP by demanding money to prevent the suspect from posting his private photos. The victim paid $600 through gift cards.
