Law and Order November 26

Day Shift November 25 : A Squad

25-012301 – 8900 BLK Lee Highway – Warrant Service – A Bradley County deputy met ERPD to affect transport of a man on an active East Ridge warrant for Theft. Valley was taken into custody and transported to HCSO without incident.

25-012290 – 900 BLK Spring Creek Road- Disorder/Arrest – The caller requested police remove his girlfriend from his apartment due to her screaming and unplugging his desktop while he was working remotely. On scene, Officers could hear the woman yelling to such an extent that she could be heard from the hallway of the apartment complex. EMS responded to the scene at the woman’s request, and while enroute to the hospital, she attempted to jump out of the back of the ambulance. She was then taken into custody for Disorderly Conduct and transported to jail.

Night Shift November 25: C Squad

25-012318 – 3400 BLK Gail Drive – Criminal Impersonation / Arrest – Police responded to a motor vehicle crash with injuries. During the crash investigation, it was determined that a passenger was using her sister’s identity to avoid an active arrest warrant. Police positively identified the female before she was found to have an active warrant through Hamilton County for Theft of Property. She was taken into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail. She garnered the additional charge of Identity Theft.

25-012319 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Assist Other Agency – A Deputy with the Rhea County Sheriff’s Office found two people together in a car during a traffic stop. The Deputy determined that one had a Temporary Protection Order (TPO) against the other for a domestic assault that occurred in East Ridge on November 6. East Ridge Police verified the TPO through the Hamilton County Dispatch. The respondent was taken into custody and charged with Violation of a Protection Order at the Rhea County Jail.

25-012320 – 3700 BLK Fountain Avenue– Apartment Fire – East Ridge Police and Fire units responded to the Summit Apartments after receiving a call about an apartment fire. Residents were found to have utilized a handheld fire extinguisher to douse the flames. ERFD investigated the incident and determined it was safe for the residents to remain inside the apartment.

25-012325 – 3700 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – During early morning hours, patrol observed a white pick-up truck back into a construction site at this location. Police Officers responded and found two adult males moving equipment around a truck. Upon further investigation, Police determined the men were contractors and were dropping off equipment from another job site.
