Muncipal Court Docket for June 9

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, June 9. Municipal court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins with traffic cases at 3 p.m.

Victoria Crabtree – Aggravated Domestic.

Stacey Crofts – Possession Meth, Shoplifting, Drug Paraphernalia.

Allison Sutton aka/McKenzie – Schedule I, Schedule II, Schedule III, Schedule IV, Possession Firearm while Committing a Felony, Schedule VI, Drug Paraphernalia.

Brandon Willford – Possession Marijuana/Resale.

Mark Reece – Theft, Burglary, Resisting.

Eric Wilson – Possession Schedule I, Drug Paraphernalia, Evading Arrest, Identity Theft.

Tonya Daniel – Disorderly Conduct.

Tamia Kelley – Criminal Impersonation, Revoked DL, Speeding, No Insurance, Tinted Windows.

Evan Kyze – Evading Arrest, Speeding.

Isaiah Pittman – Theft under $1,000, Theft of Services, Evading Arrest, Reckless Driving, Suspended DL, No Insurance.

James Polk – Domestic Assault.

Matthew Poythress – Resisting Arrest, Criminal Impersonation.

Wiliam Russell – Domestic Assault, Registration Violation, Stop Sign Violation.

Michael Usher – Domestic Assault, Interference with 911.

Hunter White – Possession Schedule VI, DUI, Drug Paraphernalia.

Guy Wilkerson – Felony Evading, Simple Possession Marijuana, Suspended DL.

Leslie Winkler – Criminal Impersonation.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
