Municipal Court Docket Dec. 5

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, December 5. Municipal Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 3 p.m. with traffic cases with the regular docket to follow.

Aaron Chippoletti – Suspended DL/Alias Capias, No Insurance, Registration Violation.

Michael Everette – DUI.

Elias Garbriel-Vasquez – DUI/Pro Capias.

Richard Jones – Possession Schedule VI/For Capias, Possession Schedule IV/For Capias, Possession Schedule II/For Capias, Revoked DL/For Capias.

Steven Pickett – Drug Paraphernalia/Alias Capias.

Jeremiah Beckett – Possession Schedule II/Meth.

Rebecca Eaton – Criminal Impersonation, Possession Schedule IV, Drug Paraphernalia.

Krystle Giles – Forgery.

Nicole Green – Shoplifting.

Chasity McDonald – Possession Meth/PTR.

Amanda Olive – Possession Controlled Substance/PTR, Criminal Impersonation, Theft under $500.

Kristi Page – Possession Meth.

Kristin Shell – Public Intoxication, Assault on Police.

Justin Boles – Simple Possession, Possession Meth, No Insurance, Speeding, No DL.

Regina Brewster – Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on Revoked, Seat Belt, No Insurance.

Christopher Brown – Simple Possession/Marijuana.

Rayvane Brown – Forgery.

Ernest Clark – Forgery.

Kelly Chambley – Suspended DL/Alias Capias (2), No Insurance, Driving in Bike Lane, Registration Violation, No DL.

James Cross – Patronizing Prostitution/Alias Capias.

Shelby Davis – Theft over $10,000.

Michael Dodd – Domestic Assault, Attempted Burglary (Auto), Theft under $1,000.

Martha Dodson – Theft of Services, Running at Large (2), City Tag (2), Rabies (2).

Tyler Domino – Theft over $10,000, Theft under $1,000.

Sean Fowler – Burglary.

Buddy Frazier Sr. – Theft over $2,500.

Jeremy Hardman – Drug Paraphernalia (2), Theft under $1,000, Suspended DL (3), Seat Belt, Speeding, Possession Stolen Plates, No Insurance, Registration Violation. 

James Hines – Possession Schedule II/Meth, Drug Paraphernalia.

Scarlet Jackson – Evading/Misdemeanor.

Zackery Lewis – Revoked DL (2), Following too Close, No Insurance (2), Drug Paraphernalia, DUI, Possession Firearm, Widow Tint.

Ramu Patel – Domestic Assault.

Dion Roberts – Public Intoxication.

Eden Rossello – Domestic Assault.

Craig Sanborn – Suspended DL/Alias Capias.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
