The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Feb. 5. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins with traffic cases at 3 p.m.

Paul Bailes – Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Possession Stolen Vehicle, Seat Belt, Possession Meth, Drug Paraphernalia, Fail to Carry DL, Registration Violation, No Insurance.

Charles Corbit – Aggravated Burglary, Resisting Arrest.

Troy Evett – Aggravated Assault, Evading Arrests, Criminal Impersonation, Theft over $10,000, Theft over $1,000.

Danny Lowrance – Theft over $5,000, Tampering with Evidence, Drug Paraphernalia, Theft of Property (2).

Christopher Nation – Manufacture/Sale/Delivery/Possession Meth, Resisting Arrest, Evading Arrest, Drug Paraphernalia, Vandalism.

Carl McKaig – Domestic Assault/PTR, Possession Schedule II/PTR.

Tony Perez – Possession Schedule VI, Theft over $2,500, Possession Schedule II/Resale, Resisting.

James Polk – Aggravated Child Abuse, Domestic Assault (2), Interference with 911.

Laci Daniel – Possession Meth, Possession Marijuana, Drug Paraphernalia, Theft over $1,000.

Amanda Giles – Aggravated Assault, Criminal Impersonation, Joy Riding.

Jason Hilley – Possession Meth, Possession Schedule I, Possession Schedule IV, Theft over $2,500.

Christopher Lane – Aggravated Robber, Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robbery, Unlawful Possession of Weapon/Felon.

Cedric McKenzie – Revoked DL/Alias Capias, Registration Violation, No Insurance, Due Care.

Amber Patterson/aka Taylor – Aggravated Robbery, Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Robber.

Dustin Sherlin – Attampt Aggravated Burglery, Possession Burglary Tools, Possession Schedule I, Evading Arrest, Vandalism, Theft over $1,000.

Brandon Smith – Possession Schedule II, Possession Schedule I, Drug Paraphernalia.

Lindsey Swan/aka Shaw – Disorderly Conduct.

Skyla Tinker – Domestic Assault/PTR.

Crystal Whitthorne – Possession Meth/Resale, Drug Paraphernalia (2), Registration Violation, No Insurance.

Angela Bradshaw – Aggravated Assault, Stop Sign.

Rebecca Brimmer – Domestic Assault.

Gregory Bell – Domestic Assault, Vandalism.

Jason Crippin – Possession Stolen Car.

Shannon Harwood – Suspended DL, No Insurance, Expired Registration.

Gary Huie – Domestic Assault.

Dustin Long – Drug Paraphernalia.

Roderick Lomnick – Public Intoxication.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
