The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Feb. 11. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue and begins at 3 p.m.

Denis Arslanovic – domestic assault, theft over $1,000, violation conditions of release.

Anthony Cardenas – possession controlled substance/PTR.

Victor Davis – aggravated burglary, possession schedule I, theft over $10,000, evading arrest.

Deangelo Foster – possession firearm/felony/for capias, possession schedule II/resale/for capias.

Justin Hawks – DUI, misuse of registration, criminal impersonation.

James Peterson – resisting arrest, disorderly conduct.

Rocael Vicente – DUI, possession meth.

Kenneth Williams – suspended DL/alias capias, fail to yield to ER, speeding.

Thomas Williams – possession meth.

Samuel Young _ failure to appear (2), public intoxication.

Jessica Baliles – possession meth/PTR, possession controlled substance/PTR.

Trumon Brown – suspended DL/alias capias, no insurance.

Gerald Casteel – DUI/for capias, revoked DL, for capias, no insurance, light law registration violation.

Scott Daugherty – schedule I/resale, schedule II/resale, schedule III/resale, schedule IV/resale, possession firearm while committing felony, schedule VI/resale, possession drug paraphernalia.

Juilio Hidalgo – DUI/3rd, revoked DL, open container.

Charles Hill – theft over $2,500, theft under $1,000.

Lakesha Hill – aggravated domestic, domestic.

Johnny Pack – possession meth/PTR.

Oscar Salazar – revoked DL, registration violation, no insurance.

Nelson Ramirez Chilel – DUI, no DL.

Juan Saquich – no DL, no insurance, turn signal violation.

Megan Skates – simple possession/PTR.

Latona Smith aka/McKenzie – schedule I/resale, schedule II/resale, schedule III/resale, schedule IV/resale, schedule VI/resale, possession firearm while committing felony, drug paraphernalia.

Ruben Andres – DUI/2nd.

Michael Barhite – forgery.

Deborah Becker – DUI.

Kenneth Beene – revoked DL, registration violation, light law, no insurance.

David Black – marijuana/resale.

Laura Brumlow – theft of property, misuse registration, expired registration.

Savannah Bryant – false reports, criminal impersonation.

Joseph Burt – DUI, implied consent.

Adam Chism – DUI, possession handgun while DUI, implied consent, speeding.

Joshua Crump – contributing to delinquency of minor, FTA/for capias.

Miguel Cuevas – public intoxication, theft.

William Ervin – possession schedule II, possession schedule IV, drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence.

Randall Fish – domestic assault.

Edward Gatrell – possession marijuana/resale, possession firearm/felony, drug paraphernalia, possession THC wax, suspended DL, no insurance, speeding.

Maureen Hegmann – possession meth, drug paraphernalia.

Samantha Higgins – criminal simulation.

Stacey Holliday – DUI, implied consent, red light violation.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
