The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, Jan. 12. Due to COVID-19 concerns, only those in the custody of law enforcement are scheduled to appear.

Court officials said people with pending cases in the City of East Ridge and are on bond will either be notified of a new court date, or ask that person to contact the court to get a new court date.  People who are charged with a traffic offense, are asked to call the clerk’s office at 423/867-2701 to obtain a new court date.

Jeremy Leanhart – Domestic Assault, Child Endangerment, Interference with 911.

Michael Martin – Public Intoxication.

Devereaux Miller-Gothay – Aggravated Criminal Litering.

Dusty Scott – Criminal Trespassing/For Capias.

Kenneth King – Possession MDMA/Resale, Possession Marijuana/Resale, Altering Plates, Drug Paraphernalia, Criminal Impersonation, Revoked DL.

Baltazar Lopez-Ramirez – No DL, Open Container.

Cuong Mang – Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Stalking, Violation Order of Protection, Vandalism.

Brianna Martin – Possession Meth/Resale, Possession Firearm during Felony, Theft over $2,500, Possession Schedule IV, Drug Paraphernalia, Legend Drugs, Simple Possession/Marijuana, Revoked DL, Registration Violation.
