Municipal Court Docket for June 2

The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, June 2. Municipal court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue. Traffic cases begin at 3 p.m. followed by Criminal cases.

Dequan Ellis – DUI, Seat Belt, Light Law.

Tyler Garner – Indecent Exposure, Aggravated Criminal Littering.

Tristan Leamon – Vandalism over $2,500, Theft over $2,500, Suspended DL.

Nickolas Mallet – Domestic Assault.

James Sims – Possession Controlled Substance/PTR.

Steven Tucker – Theft of Property, Criminal Impersonation.

Jonathan Walden – Identity Theft, Criminal Simulation, Simple Possession/Marijuana.

Brian Wolf – DUI/3rd, Implied Consent, Revoked DL, Speeding.

Ashley Cardwell – DUI, Possession of Meth, Possession Schedule VI, Drug Paraphernalia, Registration Violation, No Insurance.

Misty Combs – Theft over $2,500, Possession of Meth, Drug Paraphernalia, Possession without Prescription, Aggravated Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Possession Schedule V, Theft of Property.

Courtney Foster – Domestic Assault/PTR.

Marlise Harrison – DUI/PTR, Possession Controlled Substance/PTR.

Emily Sells – Possession Controlled Substance/PTR, Drug Paraphernalia/PTR.

Latona Smith/ aka Bates – Possession Controlled Substance/PTR.

Janson Davis – DUI, Implied Consent, Revoked DL, Child Neglect (2).

Melissa Hinkley – Possession Controlled Substance/PTR.

Christie Lewis – Vandalism.

Nicole LeSavoy – Domestic Assault/Simple.

Kyla Jones – Robbery.

Clara Lewis – Domestic Assault/Simple.

James Mullis – Theft of Auto.

Whitney Usher – Domestic Assault.

Ayonnika Watkins – Vandalism.

George Womble – Domestic Assault.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
