The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports from Tuesday of this week.

802 McHann Drive: The caller advised that someone entered his vehicle and took his Taurus 9mm handgun.

San His Drive / Ringgold Road:While conducting traffic control in a school zone at Keeble Street and Ringgold Road, police observed a blue sports car speed out onto the main road.  The driver squealed the tires and was seen “fish tailing.”  The driver continued his erratic and reckless driving behavior until he saw police.  The driver, Michael Gilbert, pulled over on the next block.  When asked about his motivation for the unsafe driving, he advised police that he liked to hear his tires squeal.  Mr. Gilbert was cited for reckless driving.  A

3600 Shirl Jo:Police responded to apartment 202 and executed a search warrant with assistance from East Ridge SWAT.  The search warrant resulted in a subject being taken into custody for East Ridge and Hamilton County warrants.  Officers also located a marijuana “joint,” which the subject admitted to smoking in the kitchen while officers were attempting to make contact.

3638 Missionaire Avenue: A man at this address reported his 2010 Buick LaCrosse stolen.  He left the keys in the vehicle overnight.
