Sept. 2 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along” reports.

Aug. 31 Day Shift

913 Mockingbird Drive- Suspicious Person/Wellbeing Check-

The caller advised of a male laying on a mattress by the street. Upon arrival police spoke to the male. He was identified as Daniel B. He was checked for warrants and sent on his way. 

1417 Saint Thomas Street (Motel 6)- Disorder-

The caller advised the guest in room 235 was refusing to leave two hours after checkout time. Upon arrival the male had already left the motel.

941 Spring Creek Road (Parkridge East)- Mental Health Consumer-

The caller advised a white male psych patient ran from EMTs while being transported to Moccasin Bend. Upon arrival the male was taken into protective custody and transported by police.

 Night Shift

6712 Ringgold Road / Theft:

The complainant called to advise that her storage unit had been broken into. She provided police with a handwritten list of missing items. No suspect information at this time.

6725 Ringgold Road / Narcotics arrest:

April Forster was arrested for possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia at this location after police responded to a disorder. After being searched at the jail, she was additionally charged with tampering with evidence and possession of methamphetamine.

4214 Ringgold Road / Warrant Service:

Two forfeiture capias warrants were served on Jantifer Evans, who was at the Hamilton County Jail.

1410 Mack Smith Road/Property Damage:

An employee operating a hotel golf cart ran into another employee’s truck parked near the security hut.

3523 Connelly Ln. / Search Warrant:

East Ridge Police were issued a BOLO for Brandon Royer from CPD regarding an incident that occurred in their city. The incident resulted in Royer having active warrants for Aggravated Domestic Assault. The BOLO included a vehicle that Royer was driving. That vehicle was located at the above address. A search warrant was sought, obtained, and executed. Royer was located inside the home and was taken into custody for the Aggravated Domestic Assault warrant and three other misdemeanor warrants.

4214 Ringgold Road/Warrant Service:

Kaleb Marter turned himself in on an East Ridge warrant.

6725 Ringgold Road/Warrant Service:

Daniel Gross was arrested on an East Ridge warrant during a disorder at this location.

4300 Ringgold Road/AOA:

John Harden was arrested on a Catoosa County warrant after operating a bicycle with no lights.

6401 Ringgold Rd. / Suspicious Activity:

Kaitlin Lester was taken into custody for Possession of Schedule II following a suspicious person call.
