Day Shift June 22

23-007713 – 4900 BLK Court Dr – Suspicious Activity – The neighbor adjacent to this property contacted the property owner after observing some suspicious parties at the residence. According to the neighbor, no one has resided at the property for several months and no one should be there. Police found a woman who advised she used to live at the residence with her then boyfriend; however, vacated it several months ago and had come to finally collect her property. Police spoke with the property owner who allowed her to retrieve the property from the residence with the understanding that she left her key with the neighbor.

23-007717 1600 BLK Adair Avenue Aggravated Assault (domestic) – A man was arrest for Aggravated Assault (domestic) against his ex-girlfriend and her father.

23-007706 -1200 BLK East Main Street Warrant Service – A man was arrested for outstanding warrants.

23-007710- 6500 BLK Ringgold Rd- Unconscious – A man was found unconscious behind this business in the driver’s compartment of a vehicle. He was transported by EMS to Parkridge. Charges may levied pending blood tox results.

Night Shift June 22

23-007744 – I-75 N – Disorder with Weapon – Police responded to a road rage incident where the victim struck the vehicle of another driver at the state line. The offender forced the driver off the road and fired three bullets into his vehicle striking the driver door and the back tire. The victim could not provide a description of the vehicle other that a dark sedan with a Georgia plate that he believed said “options”. CID was notified of the incident.

23-007724 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Person – The caller reported they believed a homeless party was staying in the food truck trailer that is parked at this location. Police contacted a female party who was cleaning the trailer for the owner.

23-007734 – 300 BLK East View Drive – Warrant Service – Police executed a search warrant at this address to apprehend a fugitive. He was taken into custody without incident.

23-0077220 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – CPD contacted a man who was found to have a forfeiture capias for driving on suspended, revoked, or cancelled out of East Ridge. Police relocated to the scene and took custody from CPD.

23-007730 – 1400 BLK Saint Thomas Street – Drug Possession – Police observed a suspicious vehicle behind the motel. After observing the driver shove something in his pants and drop something by the door, police found 12 fentanyl pills and a glass pipe. Due to the infant in the car a DCS referral was made.

23-007740 – 7000 BLK Moreview Road – Disorder – Police responded to this address multiple times to separate two parties who were in a verbal argument. Police attempted to relocate the female after their first interaction, but she returned after police left. Police were not called after the second interaction.
