Day Shift June 25

23-007894 -3300 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person Arrest – A man was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Possession of SCH II following a call for service at this location.

23-007907 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Misdemeanor Citation – A man was issued a misdemeanor citation for shoplifting following a call for service at this location. The man was also criminally trespassed from Food City.

Night Shift June 25

23-007917 – 1600 BLK Keeble Street – Arrest – Police responded to this location in regards to an intoxicated party lying in the reporting party’s driveway. Upon arrival, police attempted to awake the female. Upon awakening, she began swinging her hands and attempting to kick officers. The female was subsequently taken into custody for Public Intoxication, Schedule II Drug Violation, and Assault Against First Responder.

23-007924 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious / Drug Arrest – Police observed a male walking through the parking lot of a closed car dealership. After seeing him litter, he was identified and upon seeing his nervousness he was asked to empty his pockets where a bag of meth fell on the ground.

23-007926 – 3600 BLK Ringgold Road – Knock & Talk / Warrant Arrest – Police observed drug paraphernalia in plain view and knocked on the door of the room. A female answered and stated she and the male were using the paraphernalia to smoke crack cocaine. The male was found to have multiple warrants out of Hamilton County and East Ridge. He would not come out and after a search police found him hiding under the bed. He was charged with drug paraphernalia, and she was issued a misdemeanor citation in lieu of arrest.

23-007925 – 1500 BLK McBrien Road – Possession for Resale (Meth) – Police conducted a traffic stop on a red Chevrolet Suburban for a headlight violation. The passenger was in possession of 2.99 grams of Methamphetamine. He was arrested and charged with Possession for Resale of Methamphetamine.
