The following people are scheduled to appear in East Ridge Municipal Court on Tuesday, August 15. Court is held at City Hall on Tombras Avenue.

Antonio Birt – Auto Theft, Aggravated Assault/Police, Aggravated Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, Felony Evading.

Tyler Burchfield – Possession Controlled Substance/PTR, Drug Paraphernalia/PTR.

Jacob Buckner – Aggravated Child Endangerment, Aggravated Assault/Police (3), Felony Evading, DUI, Drug Paraphernalia, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Resisting.

Amanda Conry – Possession Cocaine/Resale, Possession Meth/Resale, Possession Fentanyl/Resale, Drug Paraphernalia. 

Floyd Coulson – Criminal Simulation, Conspiracy to Commit Criminal Simulation, Theft.

Shammarie Elliott – Possession Controlled Substance/PTR.

John Harden – Theft over $5,000/PTR.

Juanita Hernandez – Criminal Trespass, Vandalism.

Breanna Jarrell – Possession Fentanyl, Criminal Impersonation, Drug Paraphernalia.

Will Linder – DUI, Possession Marijuana/Resale.

Melvin Partee – Possession Meth, Possession Cocaine, Drug Paraphernalia.

Amanda Simpson Morgan – Criminal Impersonation/Capias.

Joseph Trogdon – Theft, Possession Meth/Resale, Possession Marijuana.

Mark Selby – Theft of Property, Possession Schedule I, Possession Fentanyl, Possession Cocaine, Drug Paraphernalia.

Shannon Whaley – Violation Order of Protection, Felony Evading, Reckless Driving, Driving without DL, Theft of Property.

Danielle Wood – Drug Paraphernalia/PTR.

Dick Cook has lived in East Ridge since the Kennedy Administration when his parents bought a house on Marietta Street. Dick graduated from ERHS in 1976 before going on to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where he studied Political Science. Dick worked for the Chattanooga Free-Press and the Chattanooga Times Free Press for 22 years. Free-Press Sports Editor Roy Exum plucked him out of production in 1989 and gave him a job as a sports reporter. Dick covered everything from prep sports to the whitewater events on the Ocoee River for the 1996 Olympics. When Chattanooga's two paper's merged, he became the Crime Reporter covering both the Chattanooga Police and Fire Departments. He was among reporters who were honored by the Associated Press for the TFP's coverage of the 2002 fog-shrouded crash on I-75 in Catoosa County, Dick and his wife, Cathy, live on Marlboro Avenue where they are seen frequently chasing around their three grandsons.
