Police Briefs for March 27

Day Shift March 26

24-003785- 6700 BLK Ringgold Road- Storm Damage- Police responded for an open window. On scene officers observed a front window busted out and multiple items of merchandise either broken or damaged. Officers cleared the building with nothing located. Management determined through surveillance cameras that the cause of the damage was the high winds from the previous night. They declined to have a property damage report completed. Police informed management to call back if they wished to have the report completed at a later date.

22-008949, 24-003802- 7609 Standifer Gap Road- Warrant Service- A woman was served several East Ridge warrants.

Night Shift March 26

24-003810 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Assist other Agency – A party was taken into custody at the request of Catoosa County who was attempting to serve an outstanding warrant on him.

24-003813 – 1200 BLK Laredo Avenue – Backup EMS – Police responded to assist EMS for an address with caution note to send two officers to the address. When the police arrived, EMS had already entered the home. The party was not injured and was transported by EMS to the hospital.

24-003818 – 3800 BLK Ringgold Road – Narcotics Violation – Reporting party called and stated that two men had dropped a baggie containing a blue substance. After an investigation two men were arrested and charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of drug paraphernalia.

24-003821 – 700 BLK Bacon Trail – Assist Other Agency/DUI – ERPD Officers received a BOLO from Chattanooga regarding an intoxicated driver last seen on Belvoir traveling toward East Ridge, which struck another vehicle. Officers located the vehicle on Bacon Trail. Following the encounter, the driver was taken into custody for driving under the influence.

24-003822 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A man was served with an outstanding warrant for Forfeiture Capias – Driving While Revoked.

24-003823 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A party was served with an outstanding warrant for Domestic Assault following a traffic stop by CPD. He was also served with Conditions of Release.

24-003826 – 3500 BLK Pinellas Lane – Child Found – Officers were sent for a juvenile male wondering around. Police took the child home.
