Day Shift July 15: A Squad
26-006684 – 4300 BLK Ringgold Road – Suspicious Activity – Store management advised a man was found sleeping behind the store. Police spoke with the man who advised he was resting. He was made aware that the business wished him to vacate the area. He agreed, was checked for warrants and sent on his way.
26-006695 – 200 BLK Eads Street Apartment 214 – Domestic Disorder – A party called in after her adult son showed up at her apartment and started a disorder. The man was in the parking lot and told police he was simply upset because he had nowhere to go. He was offered a courtesy ride to meet a friend for a temporary solution.
Night Shift July 15: C Squad
26-006675 – 3400 BLK Brainerd Road – Missing Person Supplement – The subject’s vehicle was located at the above address. She stated that she observed women’s clothes inside the vehicle that did not belong to her or her husband. Camera footage shows a male and female occupant exit the vehicle and walk eastbound on Brainerd Road. A friend stated that he may be with a womant on Manor Road in Chattanooga. Police checked the address as well as the area around the vehicle on Brainerd Road but were unable to locate him.
26-006707 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service – A woman was served with outstanding East Ridge warrants while in custody at the Hamilton County jail.
26-006709 – 4214 Ringgold Rd – Harassment – Police spoke with a man regarding harassing threats. An officer viewed screenshots from an unknown number and saw a text that said, “quit beating your wife or we will take action.” Police advised him to block the number and cease communication. Report on file.
26-006715 – 1500 BLK Mack Smith Road – Domestic Disorder / Assist Other Agency – ERPD responded to a domestic disorder between the roommates. One stated that the other threatened to kick her door down and cause serious bodily injury. There was a cross allegation of threats against property. While conducting a records check, one subject did have a verified, extraditable warrant from Columbia County SO in Pennsylvania. The woman was transported to jail on her warrant.
26-006718 – 500 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Animal Call – While patrolling local businesses, an officer observed a loose dog with one of its front legs caught in its collar, preventing it from freeing itself. Animal Control was notified and responded to the area. However, the dog ran back into the woods before it could be safely captured or assisted.
