Day Shift September 18: A Squad
26-009040 – 100 BLK Interstate 75 Northbound – Suspicious Person / AOA – Police were notified a female was at the Welcome Center asking for a ride to Nashville. She left prior to police arrival but was located walking on the ramp to Interstate 75 Northbound. The female was given a courtesy ride to Brainerd Road. While in transport, dispatch advised the woman had an active warrant out of Carroll County. She was taken into custody and transported to Hamilton County Jail without incident.
26-009038 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Civil Matter – Police spoke with a woman in the East Ridge Police Department sally port about an incident that occurred on September 10th, 2026. She said that “her” vehicle was towed illegally from her business located at 3825 Ringgold Road between 1200-1300 hours on 9/10/26. The vehicle is registered to the woman’s ex-boyfriend. She had been making the car note payments and had possession of the keys to the vehicle. The car was towed by a company out of Cleveland, TN and it was released to the registered owner the following day. The issue had been previously addressed on 9/10/26 when she spoke with ERPD. It was reiterated that it was a civil issue.
Night Shift September 18: D Squad
26-008641 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service – A man was taken into custody by Chattanooga police on five outstanding East Ridge warrants. He was transported to Hamilton County jail and served with the warrants.
26-009072 – 1500 BLK Rebecca Drive – Traffic Stop/Drug Offense – Police conducted a traffic stop for a light law violation at the listed location. During the stop, police located a small amount of suspected THC-A cannabis, a cannabis vape, and other paraphernalia. The items were seized and submitted to property and evidence for destruction. The driver was issued a written warning for the original traffic violation and not charged.
26-009073 – 400 BLK Camp Jordan Parkway – Fight/Vandalism – Units responded to a fight occurring in a business parking lot. While enroute, Dispatch was unable to provide a description of the suspects or vehicles they left in. The manager stated a group of males began fighting and security told them police had been notified. Units did locate two vehicles that had damage from the fight, and a report has been generated.
26-009078 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Warrant Service – A hold request was sent to Walker County for a inmate with a valid warrant out of East Ridge on a petition to revoke- possession of a controlled substance charge.
26-009074 – 5600 BLK Ringgold Road – Narcotics Violation – Police responded to the bar and grill after security retrieved a bottle of cleaner from a patron. Officers believed the individual may have been inhaling the product. The bottle was taken for destruction.
