The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

May 3 Day Shift

3900 Ringgold Road (arrest):

Obalder Aguilar was taken into custody for driving on revoked (DUI) following a traffic stop at this location. (21-006086)

6203 Ringgold Road (deceptive practice):

Police responded to Arby’s after David T. attempted to pay for his food with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. David stated he had received eighty dollars from a woman for helping with a community children’s program last week. Contact was made with the woman who confirmed David’s story. The woman stated she had found the money in her neighborhood. The four twenties were placed into Property and Evidence. (21-006085)

950 Spring Creek Road (narcotics violation):

The property manager at Spring Creek Gardens called police after she witnessed a suspected drug deal between the occupants of a black Scion and orange or red Dodge Challenger. The reporting party stated neither vehicle belongs on the property. (21-006090)

3715 Sullivan Avenue (animal call):

A resident called police after finding an injured red-tailed hawk on his property. Police captured the wounded animal which was then turned over to East Ridge Animal Services who will be transferring the animal to a wildlife rehab facility. (no number)

5407 Ringgold Road (disorder):

Police were called after a customer had a heated disagreement with staff. The situation was resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. (21-006091)

800 block McHann Drive (extra watch):

A woman has requested a nighttime watch on her property for the next few weeks. The woman’s mother lives on Kingwood Circle and is having “drama” with a drug dealer and possible gang member. The woman is concerned the problems will spill over to her residence, so she will be moving to Georgia at the end of the month. (21-006094)

Juvenile arrested on narcotics charges

1417 St Thomas St (21-006113)–

Blake Barrett of a Trenton address was arrested on charges of Possession of Marijuana for resale.

6700 US41 (21-006118)–

Martin Webb arrested on Fugitive Warrants

4214 US41 (21-006121)–

Charlton Kyle, of a Nautical Way address in Chattanooga, warrant service.
