Oct. 28 Police Briefs

The following information was compiled from ERPD “pass along reports.”

Oct. 26 Day Shift

600 Camp Jordan Pkwy-

Michaela Stanley was taken into custody on a county sessions warrant, following a traffic stop at this location.

101 Douglas Dr-

The resident reported someone stole his license plate sometime during the night.

Fountain Ave/Mchann-

Anonymous caller reported seeing a male subject holding a silver and black handgun running down the street at this location. Police were unable to locate anyone with a weapon in the area.

1517 Tombras Ave

Serena Johnson was taken into custody at court on a outstanding ER warrant.

707 Donaldson Rd-

The complainant advised his vehicle was entered by an unknown person and items taken at this location.

Night Shift

1500 Burns Ave/arrest (21-015529) –

Rolando Rodriguez was taken into custody at this location for Public Intoxication following a traffic stop.

Silverdale 21-015540-

Chlyamesha Slater was served active East Ridge warrants at the jail before being released.

Silverdale 21-015536-

Christopher McWhorter was served active East Ridge warrants at the jail before being released.

5301 Ringgold Rd / Arrest: (21-0105526):

Police received a call from an off-duty officer stating an intoxicated male was at the Walgreens. Police made contact with Christopher Webb, who was rambling excessively. Police arrested Webb for Public Intoxication and transported him to Silverdale Detention Center.

6514 Ringgold Road/Drugs(21-015541)

Jessica Goldsmith was arrested for possession of meth and fentanyl during a consensual encounter at this location.

(21-015520) 1517 Tombras Avenue / Arrest-Warrant: 

Antwon D. Spivey was arrested on a Petition to Revoked for DUI warrant.

(21-015522) 1517 Tombras Avenue / Arrest-Warrant: 

Michael A. Wycuff was arrested on a Petition to Revoked for Driving While Revoked, Suspended.

6708 Ringgold Rd (Arrest 21-015537):

A suspicious vehicle was observed sitting at the pumps of the Circle K for an extended amount of time. A consensual encounter led to the identification of Derrick Tester as the driver and sole occupant of the vehicle. Consent to search the vehicle was granted, and user amounts of heroin, meth, and various paraphernalia were located.
