_ 3222 Gleason Dr.: Police were dispatched to the address earlier this week on a robbery call. According to a police report, when police arrived they spoke with a man who told them he had been robbed at gunpoint. The report states that the victim went to the Ridgeview Apartments in order to buy a Play Station 4 from an ad on Craigslist. The man told police that when he got the apartment complex he drove around trying to find the appropriate apartment and noticed a black man dressed in all black standing on the staircase landing. The victim told police he asked the man if he was selling the Play Station 4. The black man said he was not and asked the victim who he was looking for. The victim told police that he said “I guess this is the place” and when he said that the black man pulled a weapon, chambered a round and pointed the gun at the him. The report states that the suspect infsturcted him to drop th;e money on the ground and walk away. The victim told police he threw $225 onto the ground and left immediately, calling police.
_ 387 Alice Dr.: Police were called to the address last week on a burglary complaint. According to a police report, when an officer arrived he spoke with a female victim who told the officer that she had left her apartment between 6 and 9 p.m. When she returned, she immediately noticed that her 55-inch LP flat screen TV was missing.The report states that a dresser in the bedroom showed signs of being ransacked and other items appeared disturbed, but nothing else was missing at this point. Initially, the report states, there was no sign of forced entry. However, upon further investigation it was noticed that a window screen was missing and there was crushed vegetation below the window. The only suspect the victim can recall was a man standing at a nearby apartment watching her unload groceries from her car on the previous day. Police went to that apartment, the report states, and spoke with a woman there. She told police that she was gone from her apartment until just before 9 p.m. and didn’t see anything suspicious.
