RINGGOLD – CSX plans to close the High Street railroad crossing in Ringgold on Sunday, June 1. Please use Tennessee Street to Highway 151/Ooltewah Ringgold Road as a detour.

This is the first announced closure with others to follow during CSX’s planned maintenance through next week. Most closures will last up to a few hours, but some may continue up to 24 – 48 hours depending on a variety of factors. Not all crossings will close at the same time. Please think about taking alternate routes if your regular travels take you through crossings.

The scheduled list of closures June 2 through June 7 are: High Street, Tennessee Street. Carpenter Road, Lovinggood Road, Saunders Road, Graysville Road, Lime Kiln Road, Julian Road/Tri State Lane.
